After fueling up with a delicious breakfast and basking in the sun on one of the 4 sunloungers, you can cool down under the spray of the exterior shower or swim in the private pool, as you wish. This is a beautiful salt water pool sizing 7 x 3 metres and with a depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.30 metres. Then, you will find a paradise of flowers, plants, trees and views to the mountains around the house, and enclosing the whole plot where you can take a short but nice walk. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby. The one-storey house features spacious and luminous spaces with an exceptional rustic style. The living-dining room is an example of the Mallorcan style where you will enjoy your time all together whilst chatting, having your meals or watching the TV-Sat. The kitchen offers a dining table and is equipped with an industrial gas cooktop, oven and all you need to cook as if you were at home. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Then there are two bedrooms with AC and direct access to the garden.
