Easy walk to center of town and large shopping malls. Newly renovated rooms. Very comfortable. Only issue was poor internet connectivity but hotel is seeking a new provider. Enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to return.

I booked only one night here with the intention of spending my first night in Warsaw in a relatively inexpensive hotel in the event that I had flight delays from the USA--before moving on to a hotel near the Central Station. After I arrived in Warsaw and saw how easy it was to get around I realized that I could have stayed here for the entire week. It was only a short block walk and about a 3 stop tram ride to Old Town. Check-in was easy and helpful. The room was perfect and I had no complaints. For the relatively low cost to stay I have to give it 5 stars for value.

This hotel is not in the centre of Rzeszow, but in a quiet(ish) residential area. There were bus stops nearby, but with a taxi or an Uber it's easy enough to get to. There was also parking for those who have their own car. There wasn't much in the immediate neighbourhood in terms of eating and shopping, but it wasn't hard to get to the centre. The "old town", with its quaint square and collection of restaurants (many of which were decent), was not far by taxi. To be honest, it also wasn't far on foot if you are comfortable walking. I asked the Reception for directions, and they printed out a map for me and drew a route, and it took about 15-20 minutes. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, and keen to help out and explain if they could. The room itself was basic but comfortable and clean. The same went for the shower room. All in all, I was able to sleep well, with things not too noisy. My room overlooked a neighbouring barracks, but that didn't generate any noise whilst I was staying there. There was a reasonable breakfast, with a modest selection of items. Whilst I was there, there were also facilities in place for any Ukrainian refugees, so that they could make drinks and the like. A nice touch showing a human side to the business given all of the chaos not far over the border. Would I stay here again? I wouldn't complain if I did. Sure, there are plusher and more modern hotels, and certainly many closer to the centre, but the staff are friendly and it is clean.

The Hetman is in the middle of renovation…dust everywhere because there’s no screening and noise from drilling concrete all day long. The corridor lighting is very dim and although hopefully the hotel will be good when renovation is complete, it’s no place to stay at the moment.

Honest review - Oct 11-15 2022 Canadian traveller, travels a lot since a child - hostels to 5 star. Lived and worked in Italy. Owns a Airbnb. Pros - computer down for check in - offered a drink as I waited, restaurant on site. Cons - construction - interior and exterior ongoing “all day!” Not noted with *******. Not clean, dirty and dark. Think Soviet style hotel. Not 24/7 reception. Waited 20 minutes locked out of hotel lobby because hotel reception was sleeping in another room and not at front desk. Imagine if a person needed an ambulance at the hotel. Unsupportive hotel management. Suggestions/areas of improvement - Not a 3.5 star hotel closer to 1-2 star hotel. Hotel staff and management that do their best to help the guest have a great stay. I stayed at B&B Hotel Centrum and Hotel Metropolitan here in the same city. Both 4 star. Do yourself a favour and spend a little more to get a decent stay. Bonne Voyage!

Clean and friendly

Location is around 15 minutes walk from the main market square and its 5 minutes walk from a beautiful park called Ogorod Miejki It’s an older hotel but fine It could do with a refurbishment Kindly let me check out late for free at 13.00 It’s down a dark street which means it’s quiet at night £2-3 taxi from the square Basic No luxuries Acceptable but nothing special
