'Check in was quick and easy although there was no information given about the hotel eg pool opening times other than dinner may be busy due to several coach parties being booked in. The room was clean and tidy and there was a nice handwritten note welcoming us alongside 1 single serve pack of digestive biscuits even though the booking was for 2 people. The bathroom had 2 large dispensers for shampoo and shower gel but the shampoo bottle was empty and this was only discovered once in the room. There was air conditioning which was appreciated due to the rare appearance of the British sun that day but unfortunately the unit itself was very noisy whilst running so needed to be turned off overnight. Beds were comfy and there was the option to order additional pillows from reception that wasn't needed. Check out was quick and easy and the staff did try to help us answer a question about a local bus route to aid us on our onward journey but unfortunately they did not have this local knowledge.'

'All in all, it reminds me of the motels on America. Only thing missing was a pool. The young man behind the bar was so friendly and helpful. Yeah would go back..'

'Nice rooms clean no food in hotel but you can order from restaurant outside 100ft away so not to bad and was nice takeout but no pets allowed'

'더 많은 음식 선택이 필요합니다. 손님이 휴식을 취하거나 일하거나 늦게 잠을 자면서 문이나 라디에이터에 대한 유지 보수 IE 변경 또는 수리를 수행해서는 안됩니다. 2 번의 경우 유지 보수 직원이 몇 시간 동안 내 체류를 망쳐 버렸습니다. 매우 시끄러운.'

'A really handy place to stop after a late flight.'

'Quirky but in a good way. The receptionist correctly confirmed that my booking was for a standard double room, so when I opened the door I was amazed to find a huge room with two double beds and a single and enough empty floor space for another three doubles. My amazement continued when I walked into the bathroom (again huge) with two large spa baths (I later tried one - very relaxing). The site has a lot of history having been a country house, home of a German princess, Jesuit retreat and an RAF leadership school. Set in several acres of grounds which also made for a pleasant walk after an enjoyable dinner. I’ve sometimes paid more for a Premier Inn or Travelodge.'

'Did not expect to get a disability room as we are both ok embarrassing and the room had a damp smell glad to leave it hope we don't get it when we come back to stay in September'
