슬립 인 & 스위트 라운드 록 - 오스틴 노스(Sleep Inn and Suites Round Rock - Austin North)

We weren’t aware when we booked that the hotel is undergoing major renovations. The lobby is ripped up and the areas such as the elevator and pool that aren’t being worked on are in really bad shape. The pool is nasty and there were cockroach remains on the floor and the ice machines on the floors don’t work. Worst pillows too.

We had no idea our hotel was under construction! This was the worse, the breakfast area was dusty and the indoor pool was closed even though there are pictures of it on the listing. We had to call the desk because our neighbors were so noisy and loud! We could hear kids running in the hall!

I’m a travel nurse and we’re always looking for nicer and clean hotels and great customers and they was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable thank you so much for your service.

The staff where very helpful especially Cesar who was on duty when we arrived and was patient whilst we sorted out the miscommunication from ******* to the hotel as ******* hadn’t confirmed our booking with the hotel despite us booking and paying for it in May 2023.between the lovely lady at ******* relocations and Cesar the error was rectified fairly quickly.

The hotel is under renovation which is good but there were spots in our room that didn’t look finished - the bed was very hard and we prefer a softer mattress - walls were thin - we could hear people all around us - maybe when renovating finished it will be better - staff was friendly

The room is very clean and comfortable. It is convenient right off I35 as you are driving south into Austin. I got a room in the back and very quiet. This location is close to a lot of things but not right in the middle of those things so I like that. The lobby area is under construction right now so that is what you notice when you walk in. Overall it is a nice small hotel.

Nice, clean hotel. Liked the layout and great location. Good service and fun amenities like popcorn and cookies. But the only reasons we chose a Sleep Inn for the first time were the heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi, and the heating element was broken.

The front desk staff was warm and welcoming and willing to help when needed. The breakfast staff was awesome and gave such attention to detail! Room was clean and ready and made up nicely when we returned back from the day out. Nice touches like pretty towel displays. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. Clean, safe, quiet and convenient. Breakfast was fantastic every day with a good selection, not just a continental breakfast, but full breakfasts that were kept stocked.

My stay was great. The only thing I would improve on would be the coffee. Needs to be stronger :)
