오렌지 군 루프탑 수영장 호텔

'팻말을 안걸었는데 3일 연속 청소하러 오는 사람이 없더라구요. 마지막 날 프런트에 말씀드리니 청소하러 오더군요. 제가 주문한 퀸 사이즈 침대는 4인 가족이 수용할 수 있으며, 침대 폭은 1.5인치입니다. 이 호텔은 캘리포니아대학교 어바인캠퍼스 근처에 위치해 있어 전체적인 느낌이 외딴 곳입니다. 주차요금은 28달러/일'

'다 괜찮은데, 중국 호텔에 비하면 좀 원시적인 느낌이 들어요. 제가 묵는 동안 화재 경보가 울렸는데, 미국에서는 흔한 일인 것 같아요. 👌'

'이 호텔은 아주 새 호텔입니다. 호텔 주차장은 호텔 안에 있는 게 아니라 바로 옆 다층 주차장에 있습니다. 그런데 프런트 데스크에 문의하니 호텔 객실 카드를 긁어서 주차장에서 나갈 수 있고, 주차 요금은 호텔에 지불하면 된다고 합니다. 하지만 서비스에 만족하지 못했습니다. 너무 늦게 도착해서 주문한 메뉴에 조식이 포함되어 있었는데 프런트 데스크에서 주지 않았습니다. 다음 날 웨이터가 쿠폰이 없으면 따로 지불해야 한다고 해서 급히 가서 요청했더니 다른 웨이터가 쿠폰을 주었습니다. 그런데 쿠폰으로 조식을 어떻게 해야 할지 모르겠습니다.'

'Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!'

'보안 요원은 매우 무례했습니다! 우리가 소지품으로 우리 차를 싣고 있었을 때 그는 우리를 귀찮게했습니다. 우리는 우리 앞에 긴 여행을 가지고 있었기 때문에 우리는 차에서 물건을 정리해야했다. 그것은 우리를 약 20 분 동안 가장 많이 가져 갔을 것이다. 그가 너무 많은 시간을 들여서 우리를 괴롭히고 우리가 그와 이야기하기 위해 우리가하는 일을 멈추어야만 했기 때문에 우리는 한 시간 동안 일을 끝냈습니다. 우리는 또한 아기 (2 마리의 고양이)를 가진 나의 감정적 지원 동물과 함께 여행하고 있었다. 그래서 그들은 케이지의 차에 있었다. 그리고 그는 심지어 나의 남편이 우리 애완 동물을 두려워했던 쓰레기 상자를 청소하고있는 동안 소리를 지르기 시작했다!! 이 사람이 얼마나 전문적이지 못하냐는 거죠. 반면에 방 자체는 좋았습니다! 나는 침대, TV 및 욕실 공간 인 앞쪽 절반을 분리하는 슬라이딩 도어가있는 레이아웃을 좋아했습니다. 그리고 뒷부분에는 소파(침대로 꺼낼 수 있는)와 소파 의자, 커피 테이블, 그리고 2개의 끝 테이블, 열리는 창문, 추가 TV가 있다. 남편이 밤새 TV를 보는 것을 좋아하는 동안 다른 지역에서 침대에서 자고있는 동안 완벽합니다. 와플 메이커와 함께 훌륭한 아침 식사도 있습니다 !! 그래서 주차 구조의 경비원 외에도이 호텔에서 좋은 경험을했습니다.'
