The room was very clear.

Don't stay here. I paid more than 200 USD a night. There are 4 star hotels better located, much better in size and service that cost 150-180 USD, I preferred to stay one night in a better hotel even when I arrived at this hotel and saw how bad it was. And believe me, it is more worth it even if the 4 star hotel is 40-60 USD more expensive. As you can see in these photos, the facilities are very neglected and mistreated. Do not trust the photos they show you, the rooms are very small and are not cared for or maintained. The location will not help you much, since you will only have one of the accesses to the Vatican, but the metro station is a 20-25 minute walk away. It is an Airbnb where you will not have contact with anyone from the hotel staff who can help or assist you, only the person who is in charge of cleaning (which, by the way, is not done daily, and there are days when it is not done under the pretext of they can't touch your belongings). The “breakfast included” is a box with bread and cookies, and a box with cereal. To enter you will have to enter a code to open the garage, something that does not provide much security. If you arrive early or leave late, they say you can leave your things in the common area. There is nothing or no one to keep them safe, they will be visible to all guests or anyone who has the access code.

Although this property is for the budget place in the heart of the Vatican area. If you are about simple accommodations, but located near great restaurants at the front door of St. Peters Square, this is your place.

The place has a great location if you want to be close to the Vatican, but that’s pretty much where it stops. Room was tiny but acceptable. Shower wasn’t working properly. Rooms are claimed to be soundproofed but that’s not true. The split AC unit is however loud enough to drown some of the noise. They also don’t offer some basic amenities, like no iron, etc. Which is also fine. Breakfast is included which is pretty basic but good to have. On the day of my checkout I asked for some guidance on booking a taxi but they didn’t even bother responding (compared to very fast responses earlier – those conversations were mostly redundant as they didn’t either have those things, or dint want to assist much). Could have atleast said No like everything the responded back to. So not only do they don’t offer much, but lack common courtesy too.

Hotel BorgoNove is a great convenient place to stay, walkable to attractions and clean. A great location for restaurants too, buses and metro👍

Great location and close to public transportation

I loved the location, close to everything . Room was small, but clean. Breakfast was ok.

Excellent location and professionally Managed, Was a pleasure to stay at Borgo Nove.

Location AMAZING! Few steps from Vatican. Te rooms were very clean organized. Air conditioned working perfectly very quiet and comfortable. Only thing was the coffee machine needed some cleaning and maintenance but other than this highly recommended
