Clean, clean clean. Located in a historic central Rome building, the Feronia Guest House is perfectly located for easy walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Pantheon - sights history and antiquity at every corner in Rome. €8 cab ride from Roma Termini or to the Vatican - a Superb location in the heart of Rome. A stroll back in time to the days of the Roman Empire. Daniella runs a tight ship at Feronia Guest House welcoming all with great breakfast to start the day. This is a great pick for the budget traveller.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The room is basic, and the bathroom quite nice. It was a little limiting waiting til 8 for breakfast, and the help-yourself options in the breakfast room were not very useful. I was unable to work the coffee maker for a decent cup of coffee before breakfast was served at 8. Location is fantastic, and close to shopping, dining and most major sites. A nice place to stay for a reasonable cost.

Sadly, we arrived within the expected time of arrival but could not gain access to the Guest House no matter how many time the rang the doorbell. We stood on the street with our suitcases until someone from the building opened the door on their way out. We then waited a further 10 minutes outside the Front door to the Guest house and with no response we then phoned the contact Number on the door. It then took a further 5 minutes before someone arrived to let us into the Guest house. We were then asked to sit in the Breakfast room whilst our Room was checked before being shown around. Breakfast on the first morning was hit and miss. We arrived at 8.30 am and made our own unaware that it was usual for someone to arrive and cater for our needs at the breakfast table, which was really superb for the few following breakfast mornings thanks to the services of Daniella who made sure we were well fed! The Guest House is a large Apartment renovated and refitted to create 5 Good sized on-suite rooms along with a Breakfast Room and Office. Our Room was very clean and tidied up and cleaned daily. The beds were also very comfortable and clean. Apart from our wait on our day of arrival, the service for the rest of our stay was first class and would recommend asking the Feronia to arrange the Airport Taxi Services which were punctual and fairly priced for both arrival and departure. Would we use the Feronia again? …The answer would be an outstanding Yes! … It is extremely well located and central for walks to all the Major Attractions in and around Rome. Shopping, Bars and Restaurants are all located within the immediate vincinity with a very interesting mix of Bars and Restaurants at the nearby Fiori de Campo Piazza for those evenings out ..... and a bonus proper, in wall ATM attached to a Bank was also handy directly across the road!

We spent a night at this place. It was really hard to get in contact with the host. We are supposed to contact them 24hs before the check in to let them know the arrival time and get info regarding the check in etc, which I did through *******. Once we arrived at the property, nobody picked up the phone nor the doorbell. Of note, check in starts at 2pm and we got at Feronia around 2pm. Eventually someone that lives in the building while entering the building allowed us to enter it and directed us to the hotel floor. We knocked on the door of the hotel, which is located on the 1st floor and a host answered it. We booked the first night through ******* and 2 more nights through Feronia website. The ******* night was in the hotel calendar but the other 2 nights were not, even though I had the receipt and confirmed the reservation with the host via what’s app. So, I definitely recommend booking it via ******* to avoid headaches. We end up booking another hotel for the rest of our trip via *******. Regarding the night we stayed at Feronia, the air conditioner was not working properly and the room was noisy due to first floor/street noise and other guests that were screaming throughout the night. The breakfast was average and the location is good.

Love this property and its location. Easily walkable. Clean and well managed. It’s in the heart of Rome so expect some city noise if you want to leave the windows open, but that should be no surprise.

Fabulous location. The staff is superb. Molto simpatiche. Be in the center of all. I loved to go out early in the morning and walk around and come back to that place. Very recommended

This was a real find. Good price and so perfectly located. We walked everywhere from our hotel. The staff were lovely, and the price included breakfast in the communal kitchen. It was was actually rather fun seeing who the other guests were. I also loved walking up into a real apartment building.
