부오나노테 로마 2(Buonanotte Roma 2)

The WiFi basically not working throughout my stay, even telco reception is bad too, hardly get any signal when you back in room. But the location wise is great, next to termini station, easy access to metro too.

Il faut faire attention: 1) pour le Check in après 18h30 vous payer 30 euro je suis arrivé avec 20 min de retard j’ai payer 30euro. 2)Quand j’ai réservé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants j’ai eu la confirmation pour un grand lit et 2 lits simples à mon arrivée on m’a demandé de payer 80 euros de plus pour chaque nuit. 3) pour le petit déjeuner il faut partir dans un café pour un croissant et une boisson chaude au comptoir pour s’asseoir il faut payer 3 euros par personne. 4) je n’ai eu les serviettes pour 4 personnes que le 3ème jour. 5) J’ai payé plus de 200 euros par nuit pour 1 chambre avec lits d’appoint dans un vieux immeuble dans une rue sale. Je ne recommande vivement pas cette établissement.

La camera è moderna e spaziosa così come il bagno. Pulizie perfette sia nella sala delle accoglienze sia nella stanza. Senza problemi l’accoglienza, il ragazzo che mi ha consegnato le chiavi è gentile e disponibile. Da sottolineare anche la gentilezza del personale del bar dove viene servita la colazione, sempre col sorriso e disponibilissimi. Un elemento per me molto buono è la posizione, a pochi minuti da Termini. Una volta scesi dalla metro si impiegano pochi minuti *a piedi* per raggiungere l’alloggio, sono rientrato anche in tarda serata col buio senza problemi. Roma sempre bellissima, per una futura visita Buonanotte Roma2 è sicuramente da tenere in considerazione.

The place was renovated and clean. It was across the street from the Rome Términi station so it's very convenient to and from all the airports in Rome. The AC was cool so it definitely made my stay comfortable with temperatures of 28°C outside. The place is in the 4th floor of an old building but there's a lift so it's all good. I don't have anything negative to say. The experience was actually greatee than I expected.

The room itself is quite nice, very clean and spacious. The location is excellent. One thing that wasn't acceptable was the lack of WIFI service. Their wifi network was very limited and it did not even reach my room. I kept talking to their "reception" about it and they didn't do anything. A basic amenity like wifi should be properly provided, and if they have technical issues, they should fix them. Unfortunately, I ended up having to use data on my phone because I was working online. I had to pay extra data charges because this place lacked wifi. Very disappointing. Everything we do nowadays requires internet access, and this place could not even facilitate that in their room.

Good: nice place: clean, very spacious, walking distance to most interesting things i was interested in. A good deal overall. I enjoyed it. Bad: 1- check out time it s ridiculous early, never seen that before. max ,9:30 when the housekeeping it s coming to the door 2- i had to call and wait for someone for check in like 20 minutes. It s easy to send a message in advance and let the traveler know that we have to say arrival time or call in advance, not let people wait in front of the building with luggages 3- Bad/ not existing internet. They have WiFi, which probably it s very far away, maybe on another floor. I tried to connect from 2 phones and 1 laptop, impossible. Don't count on that. Appears low singnal/ dissapeard in seconds. I m sure they can afford to get a better option.

Marco is a fantatic host. He is extremely friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend enough. Great location for the metro and train station to get around as well as walking distance.
