Hotel Vilòn

Truly lovely hotel in Campo Marzia, right off the Via del Corso. My partner and I had a wonderful couple of days at this gorgeous boutique gem. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and professional. The whole staff seems like a family. They made us feel completely at home. Would recommend this to anyone. Great breakfasts! Fantastic cocktails. Such a stylish place. And great air conditioning. On our first night, as we were leaving for dinner, i asked the front desk how to adjust the A/C in our room. The charming man at the front desk said, "just tell me what temperature you would like and I can do it from here." When we came back, our room was delightfully cool at exactly the temp we requested. And in July, it makes a difference! Thanks to the amazing staff. You made our trip so special. The highlight of our two weeks in Italy. We'll definitely be back.

This is my first time writing a review, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, this hotel engaged in questionable practices that felt like a clear overcharge. I inquired about early check-in and was told it depended on room availability. Upon arrival, I noticed they had changed my reservation to a day earlier—something I missed while filling out forms after a long 14-hour flight. As a result, I was charged for an extra night at full price, which I find unacceptable. Now, regarding the hotel itself, the bedding was quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, I don’t believe this hotel deserves a five-star rating.
