This hotel is ver new. Unfortunately, everything wasn't working well. WiFi is very unstable, cut off in every 5 minutes, I needed to re-register very 5 minutes. I gave up.... TV remote control wasn't working at all, No drinking water provided. You better go to the market to get the water before boarding. I told the front desk the problems, but no one care to fix it. No facial tissue paper provided. My goodness.... 4 to 5 stars hotel?

My review is only about the hotel’s restaurant. The evening started very nicely, we were greeted by male host ( he did not introduce himself). We decided to eat at that restaurant because of mushroom display outside. The host offered us very nicely described dinner of chicken, roasted mushrooms and mashed potatoes. My husband and I decided to share the meal. The chicken was nicely done, small bawl of mashed potatoes was nice addition, the mushrooms were not cooked long enough for me to enjoy it, but I decided not to comment on it to the host. We also ordered dessert, which was very well done. However when the bill came, I could not control my surprise and disappointment. We were charged €20 for a small bowl of mashed potatoes, when the same restaurant charges €24 for the lamb dish. the mushrooms, which there were probably 8 -10 small mushroom were €30. I think the host could see my surprise and took €15 off the mushroom price. I still cannot get over the €20 price for mashed potatoes. My advice if you decide to eat in that restaurant to make sure you know the price before you order.

Excellent location, staff and service. The room was immaculately clean and the bathroom felt luxurious, with proper amenities. Our stay included breakfast, which was served to us personally off the menu and was quite good. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

My comment is ONLY on the breakfast as I did not stay in this hotel and I would not. I went for breakfast only, there was a misunderstanding by the waiter. There were 3 tables occupied and we all made a complaint about something related to the service. The staff were apologetic but despite the error being the waiter's misunderstanding I was charged an eye watering 42 euros for very little instead of 35 euros ( still expensive) for the continental breakfast I thought I had ordered but did not get. The only good comment is that I was served gluten free bread and a very small chocolate tart, the tart was taken away before I had finished eating it !!! I would not even begin to consider staying there.

I booked a junior suite for 3 nights at this hotel, expecting a pleasant stay. However, my experience turned out to be a complete disaster. After just one night, we were informed there was an electrical issue preventing us from entering our room. They kept us waiting in the lobby for over an hour, only to relocate us to a standard room due to the supposed ongoing problem. We were assured it would only be for one night, but then they claimed the electrical issue persisted and we couldn't return to our original room. To our disbelief, they gave our room to other guests, proving there was no electrical issue at all. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to refund the price difference between the junior suite we paid for and the standard room they forced us into. This is blatant deceit and unacceptable customer service. Aside from this major issue, the breakfast was appalling, the rooms had dreadful views, and the minibar was non-functional. Overall, a horrendous experience at an outrageously expensive hotel. Save your money and choose somewhere else.
