"I was looking for a clean, pet friendly hotel with suites that wouldn’t break the bank. The Country Inn & Suites worked out perfectly. We had the space that we needed, a good breakfast, and great proximity to area attractions. The owner was more than accommodating and was super friendly — you can tell that he takes a lot of pride in his business. We will definitely stay there again when we head back to Williamsburg!"

"The three things that were a problem:  intermittent or non-existent Wi-fi; there was rarely anyone at the front desk when we had a question or issue; the promised breakfast included no fresh fruit or healthy options such as yogurt.  Also, to have the promised included wine flight at the winery delivered like a vending machine with no one available to explain or introduce the wine was pretty awful."
