'I really enjoyed my stay overall. The location was fantastic—on a beautiful street—and the hotel building itself is stunning. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a very kind Italian gentleman, which gave me a great first impression. My room, though located in a separate area, was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Everything looked fresh and well thought out. However, I was disappointed to find visible stains on the bed sheets. While I believe they had been washed, the stains hadn’t come out and the sheets were still used, which didn’t match the high standard the rest of the hotel presented. I think they should have replaced them. Another minor inconvenience was the bathroom light, which was automatic and triggered the extractor fan. This meant that even during the night, using the bathroom caused the noisy fan to stay on for a while, which could’ve been avoided with a manual light switch, in my opinion. Despite these issues, the stay was mostly very positive, but I can’t give a full five stars because of the sheets. Hopefully this can be improved for future guests.'

'카디프 센트럴 역에서 도보 약 5 분 좋은 위치. 방은 작지만, 잠자는 데 견딜 수있는 크기. 청소는 2 일에 한 번. 편의 시설은 칫솔 세트가 없습니다. 마지막 날 방에 말린 자신의 수건을 잘못 청소 여성이 가져 갔다. 일시적으로 무슨 일이 일어날까 생각했지만, 많은 청소 중에서 친밀하게 찾아주었습니다. 일반적으로 고객 서비스는 좋은 인상입니다.'

'The Lincoln Private House Hotel experience has been fantastic. We have a private bathroom, and our room is cleaned daily. Breakfast is the highlight, featuring a menu and an unlimited selection of drinks. The staff are amazing!'

'I couldn’t not fault the hotel, I amazing stay the staff were very helpful and friendly too. Hotel is right by central, easy access to pubs and restaurants. The room was fabulous too OMG I didn’t wanted come home. :( I had room service I had pasta bolognaise which was blinking lush I wanted another one.'

'The hotel is a wonderful old Victorian building, very close to all major tourist attractions, food shops, pubs and food market. During our 2N stay at the hotel we only faced two issues. 1)the lift is very compact (small) and slow and gave up on the second day of our stay. 2) The sink in the room got clogged but the staff immediately resolved the issue. The hotel staff were kind and courteous. I’d highly recommend staying at The Angel hotel.😊'
