'The Lincoln Private House Hotel experience has been fantastic. We have a private bathroom, and our room is cleaned daily. Breakfast is the highlight, featuring a menu and an unlimited selection of drinks. The staff are amazing!'

'I really enjoyed my stay overall. The location was fantastic—on a beautiful street—and the hotel building itself is stunning. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a very kind Italian gentleman, which gave me a great first impression. My room, though located in a separate area, was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Everything looked fresh and well thought out. However, I was disappointed to find visible stains on the bed sheets. While I believe they had been washed, the stains hadn’t come out and the sheets were still used, which didn’t match the high standard the rest of the hotel presented. I think they should have replaced them. Another minor inconvenience was the bathroom light, which was automatic and triggered the extractor fan. This meant that even during the night, using the bathroom caused the noisy fan to stay on for a while, which could’ve been avoided with a manual light switch, in my opinion. Despite these issues, the stay was mostly very positive, but I can’t give a full five stars because of the sheets. Hopefully this can be improved for future guests.'

'Easy place to find and access. Room comfortable and warm. Bathrooms were plentiful and so there was never a wait. Kitchen area was a pleasant place to meet other people staying at the accommodation.'
