"Well what can I say.. Full stars for our stay at Hilton Shigatse. Service was excellent, location was great, room was awesome.. I’m starting to run out of words to praise this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as great as possible. The reception manager ShiYi, made us felt like we were VIP members! Very thoughtful and caring. And one of the concierge (I didn’t get the gentleman’s name) ran all the way to the cafe around the corner to pick up our food delivery as it got delivered to the wrong place. Thank you for such a pleasant stay at such an amazing hotel! Would definitely recommend!"

You need to get your facts straight before you call. Didn't your staff inspect the room before I checked out and confirm that everything was fine? What would I possibly do with a cheap power strip? Do you seriously think I'm in such need of one?"
