Bridge Hotel

The reception was warm and friendly and the room and beds were ok for a few nights stay nothing special. The bed was comfortable but not large by any means. The grip I have is that from day one I told the manager that the water from the shower was intermittantly cold and she just smiled and did'nt bother to come with me to check. When I caught sight of another receptionist a couple of days later and told her the same thing she apologised and told me to contact the manager, again no one came to check. When I called the manager she told me there can't be anything wrong and she had 50 guests and I was the only one who mentioned this issue. I had come in and out of that hotel frequently and noticed how few people there were and how quiet it was. A simple apology was lacking.

I have been living here for three years. as an international student. the staff is very nice and kind. the prices are very good for holidaymakers. and for students there are especially favorable offers in terms of price and long-term rental
