The room is very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast provided is adequate with many different varieties.

I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn and found the experience to be quite average overall. The service was acceptable but not particularly attentive or warm. Cleanliness was also just average — the room was generally tidy, but certain areas could have been maintained better. The facilities were in decent condition and met basic needs, though they didn’t stand out in any special way. Considering the overall experience, I would say the value for money was moderate, and there are probably better options in the same price range.

Convenient location, breakfast buffet is good, service is friendly, but you need to pay $18 service fee when you check out, front desk can not explain why they charge you

房間實在是太臟了，我在房間感覺全身癢癢的。空調機也吵得要命，地毯估計也不會吸塵。傢具也是破爛爛。早餐也是非常差勁，這是我在攜程上訂過最差的酒店，肯定不會再來

再次回到多倫多，很幸運又給了2樓的房間，很大。 街對面華星餐廳不錯。 為什麼我的信用卡授權還沒有結算？？

基本上酒店有聽到客人的意見，给我最高樓层，而且沒有面街道，住得很舒適！只是設備比較老舊！畢竟這是一間很有历史的酒店！而且早餐快结速前厨房招待都會很有礼貌地詢問客人有否要再拿取的食物！這是在商務旅馆第一次聽到！而且可以裝水机，很方便！另外有一个小游泳池，但我因趕時間未能享受這項服務！而且有免費寄存行李服務！

含早餐 對於家庭小朋友來説 還是很不錯的選擇 如果價錢合適 下次還是會選這裏

房間很大，床是1.5米的雙人床，衞生條件不錯

性價比還好，早餐供應還可以，前台服務也是中規中矩，沒有什麼不好的感覺，酒店有游泳池和簡單的健身設備，酒店周圍不用打車可以找到吃飯的餐廳，算很方便，去萬錦廣場打車也不遠

房間很滿意。就是電梯有點顯老舊。整體感覺挺不錯，下次還住這裏，性價比高

酒店地理位置非常優越，周邊很多中國餐飲，對面的港式茶餐廳很好吃，附近的川菜拈一筷子簡直秒殺國內川菜館，太太太好吃了！
