더 베이스볼 호텔(The Baseball Hotel)

We were asked to go instead to the ”Lakehouse” Very Unique, nostalgic property. Room itself was very small and outdated but was okay. Restaurant on property was good. Nice staff and very accommodating.

I liked the history and the folks that run the place. The sign out front said " Since 1843" I got what I expected and that's a good thing. Beautiful area.

Even though it’s called The Baseball Hotel it does not have ANYTHING related to baseball. Has a musty smell and everyone has to share a single fridge from the 1950s.

We were booked to stay at the baseball hotel and the place changed the location of our stay to some Lakeside Lodge. What a dump. Never again. My grandson would not sleep in his bed because there were spiders in it. When we arrived around 7:30 pm no one was there our key was hanging in the door to the room. How sketchy is that! If it wasn’t already 7:30 I would have driven around to find a different place. Not worth the money I spent that’s for sure

The Baseball Hotel has absolutely nothing to do with baseball, but it is a fantastic old house. It definitely needs some updates but overall it was a decent stay.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating; however, facilities were dusty, room was tiny, and the bathroom was barely large enough to turn around in. Also, because of the name of the hotel, we were expecting more of a baseball vibe, which was definitely not evident. There also was no breakfast (not even coffee), as advertised.

Lovely property right on the lake. The staff in the office, restaurant and bar were all very friendly! On the water and very accessible to town. The location is ideal, and we enjoyed the bar. The room was comfortable and clean! We will definitely be back!

Surrounding neighborhood is run down but quiet. Very friendly staff at hotel and an old fashion homey feel. The town is nice and 20 minutes away from Cooperstown ballpark. Overall it was a nice atmosphere and nice place to stay😊

There is nothing baseball-related at The Baseball Hotel other than it's in the same state as Cooperstown. The place was apparently a Jewish men's bath house at one time which is OK, but the building is OLD. Don't be fooled by promise of free breakfast. Nothing is offered or even available including coffee. The location is best described as grungy; the street and immediate area are not maintained or attractive in any sense. What looks to be a vacant building is in back. The room and bathroom are small. No place to set items as the sink rim is narrow and there's no shelf. If I didn't arrive late and wasn't so tired I would have left but there's few other places in this area. The only redeeming quality is a nearby diner that serves a great breakfast.
