Holiday Inn Express Cardiff Airport

I can only rate the excellent staff service as it is not open to the public even though it is still on websites. Closed two years ago and leased by the council for other purposes. However if you are looking for secure cheaper long stay parking other than Cardiff Airport, you can park here and pay £5 a day. Paula was so helpful when we arrived, I booked it through another website and they changed my booking to the Holiday Inn Cardiff Bay. Not the hotels fault they have been more than helpful. Paula was able to recommend The Celtic International around the corner, and assisted us with parking long stay.

Awful hotel unless you want a good selection of *****. They are readily available and you don’t need to leave the hotel to get them. There is a car parked just outside the car park every night ready to deal and as you walk into the hotel you are greeted with a cloud of ******** smoke. I definitely would NOT recommend staying there

Would like to say what a fantastic stay I had for 4 nights at travel lodge , Barry. Very clean, excellent professional service. A special mention for Dawn and Toni Leigh who never stopped working in various areas. They are a credit to travel lodge. Jonathan

Stayed here with friends for the recent 20/20 between England and Sri Lanka. On arrival I thought we had arrived at estate in shameless!!! Needles on the car park and abuse from a couple hanging out the window. We decided against staying when we walked in and saw security having to separate you women arguing and only one member of staff on duty, luckily we had pre-paid with an on line agent and when we explained the situation they refunded us and were aware of the hotel’s reputation.
