Not much to look at on the outside but interior very acceptable

Couldn’t figured out stove top. Video was no help. Also I know iceland was warmer than usual, but apartment was so hot. Had to open windows at night. Then issue was all the drunks yelling at local bars. And loud music

The location is at the heart of the tourist center of downtown, steps from the main walking/shopping street. The building is in a courtyard, so separated from the main drag by another building. It was loud until midnight but then quieted down quickly. The apartment is accessed with a door code, which worked well. Communication (by email) from the team was very good and preemptive. We didn’t need to reach out to them. Building is newly remodeled and nice enough but missed on a few things. Indoor/outdoor carpet was already wearing and stained. Exactly 3 towels (no hand towels or washcloths) for the three of us. Beds were fine. Sofa bed was average to sleep on, but drab as a sofa. It was a bit over warm in the room from the sun. Curtains didn’t adequately black out the light. The gravel courtyard was unappealing (and the gravel encroached on the porch threshold creating a hazard). Overall OK but we wouldn’t stay again. The adjacent parking garage was super-convenient.

Great spot in the middle is a great shopping and eating area. Very close to the rainbow road - and walkable to everything.

It was easy to get around since it was in the middle of the city. The overall comfort and amenities could be improved though. At the start of our stay, we were quite confused, since we didn’t get a email about the policy for if we came later than 9 pm. We had to contact the staff members, but we did get this sorted out in the end. Overall it was a okay stay.

The location of this property was great, but that's where it ends. Apartment was not clean. I found hair in our bed and then the covers for the pull out couch looked like they were shoved back in the bin without being washed. Shower had mildew everywhere and flooded after 3 minutes each time. No parking was specified so we had to use street parking even though there were cars parked directly outside of our door in a small gravel lot (always full and we weren't sure we were allowed to park there). Directions to enter the apartment were incorrect which led us wandering around in the rain with our luggage for 20 minutes until we could get ahold of the service desk.

Excellent location and property with quality kitchen and bathroom. Gets noisy from the street on the weekend due to being in the middle of town but it's expected based on the choice location.

This hotel rocks, it has everything that every traveller needs. Wash machine plus dryer machine, cook, fridge..etc. the heater and hot running water are strong enough to keep you warm too. Id really like to staying with ice apartment again. It’s only 2 mins walk distance to centre and your information, 5mins walk to pick up station even. 1 min walk distance to get vietnams food.
