A cozy cabin feeling in Midtown Reno. Well stocked kitchen. Green fenced yard and ample driveway parking. The living room sets the cabin tone with glazed knotty pine walls and ceiling and a brick fireplace with a realistic fireplace insert. Newly remodeled with crisp white trim and baseboards. Couch is a hide a bed with a full sized mattress. We have a swamp (evaporative) cooler and 2 bedroom air conditioners in the summer. The backyard is covered in green grass, the front yard is being planted in perennials. It is semi shaded with a large tree in front. Yard is fenced. We own another vacation rental next door in case you have need for a second space for traveling friends/family. Look it up as “Stay at home Reno” You have access to the entire house and front yard, most of the backyard including covered patio with rattan couches. You also have access to driveway, parking for 4 cars (2 deep and 2 wide). I now have a rental car available for you to rent so you can avoid the long wait at the car rental counter.
