Enjoy the summer hike to the Salmon River Waterfall 18 minute drive. Ride your ATV, the Oswego County ATV Trails or Osceola ATV Club Trails right from the house. Bring your boat and take it out on the Salmon River Reservoir, perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and only a 6 minute drive from the house with a nice boat launch and parking. 2 kayaks are at the house for you to use if you want to take them to the reservoir. About 20 minutes drive from the Salmon River, the most famous stream in New York for Pacific salmon. 40 minutes to Lake Ontario Beach.In the winter months Tug Hill has some of the best snowmobiling snowshoeing and cross-country skiing due to the annual snowfall. Ride your snowmobile from the house, the trail is 1/2 mile away (C-4). State land all around for hunting. The house sits on 2.5 acres with state land out behind the house. A stone fire pit in the backyard (firewood not provided). Plenty of parking for boats and snowmobile trailers.
