"No restrooms up at front lobby/breakfast area during check in due to construction. No room service until the 3rd of our 4 day visit (even with asking EVERYDAY of our stay) was told by front desk employee that they r short staffed. Rooms in bad condition and smell. Toilet barely flushes. Sink was plugged up. Shower constantly fluctuates in temperature, cold one minute then scalding hot the next. Carpets filthy with stains. Ice machine only works on 3rd floor and we could hear everyone using it from inside our room. Doors being slammed all night, noise from the freeway is noticeable. Bed sheets had stains on them. Ran a black light on the sofa, cum stains in several spots. We wont be back and will not be recommending this hotel to anyone."

"Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Our room was clean but sparse. Very plain room with no toiletries except for soap and shampoo in pump bottles. I did find someone’s shower cap hanging from the bathroom door. The bed was comfortable but didn’t sleep very well due to some machine noise outside. We were disappointed that the breakfast was only until 9am. What hotel ends breakfast so early? We don’t want to wake up early just to eat breakfast. Weirdest thing. Overall, it was an okay stay. We were just passing through for the night. If we pass through again, don’t think we’d stay again. Do recommend Willy’s brewery and restaurant in downtown and Black Bear diner for breakfast."

"Normally Comfort Inn is good at everything but this one in particular was just OK. I checked in with my family very late almost 11 PM. The room provided was did not look clean and did not smelled good,. I had tiring drive of 5 hours, so did not wanted to go back to helpdesk an spend another 30 minutes asking another room, also did not wanted to disturb neighbouring stay. I have observed that if you are checkin late room provided is not upto quality and that is the reason I had called the front desk and requested to provide a good room but not much was done. Besides that only one key was provided. Bed did not looked clean. Had a pathetic shower. The only good part was Breakfast which awesome and hot tub was great. Overall an average one but I will avoid this one in future."
