"I stayed at Hyatt Raipur for two nights from 4th July to 6th July. The room was okay overall, but I had to wait for almost an hour for check-in, which was a bit disappointing. Complimentary snacks or tea/coffee were not provided in the room, which I expected at this level. That said, the breakfast buffet and dinner were genuinely delicious, with a very good spread. The hospitality at the restaurant was excellent, and I would especially like to mention the manager, Prabhat, for his warm and attentive service. I did not receive a suite upgrade even as a Globalist member, which was disappointing, but the restaurant experience stood out positively."

"It was my first stay at a Regenta Hotel - I usually stay at Marriott Group of Hotels or Bloom hotels. Here's by honest review: 1. Checkin/Checkout: Breezy. I was helped with an early check in and I'm very thankful for that. The checkout was quick & smooth too. The AC in the lobby wasn't working in the premises of Downton Raipur. It is a humid city and AC needs to function even if set at 24-25 deg C. 2. Polite and Efficient staff overall. 3. Decently appointed room. The flooring might need renovation. There was no Bathrobe in the room as mentioned while booking from your website. 4. Price: GREAT pricing on the Hotel website. Better than Agoda actually. 5. False Promise: There is a complimentary breakfast mentioned on your website. I still have the screenshot. It is unfortunate that the hotel didn't stay on the promise - they did not provide me with a complimentary breakfast. They said it's paid. It left me with a bit of a sour taste! It was slightly humiliating too. 6. Regenta Rewards membership - NO ONE in the hotel has an idea of it. No one knows of it at the front desk. I would like to know the points I earned. While the hotel can do so much more - there are many empty spaces that can be created into multiple facilities, it is overall a decent hotel which can be better. It is from the Royal Orchid Group and I expect a lot more."

"Very approachable from railway station and airport. Rooms are OK. Pillows need to be softer. F and B STAFF is very nice and active. 7am sharp full breakfast is ready unlike other hotels. Nice and decent dining hall with and adapt coffee machine with various coffee options. Live Dosa counter too. Had an opportunity to meet the chef, a very humble person. The first floor is being renovated (June 23 2025) still i was placed there and with repeated requests got a room on a much quiter second floor corner room. Please find the attached pictures of the dining hall which is at the ground floor. The cookie and biscuit plate in the room enhances the experience of a good stay. In all a family place. "

However, despite this, the restaurant staff denied the service after charging me. Shockingly, they even took away my food plate in front of other guests, which was very embarrassing. I strongly advise others to think twice before staying here. Additionally, I ordered dinner through room service and paid the waiter at the time of delivery. Yet, during checkout, the reception staff asked me to pay for the same meal again. This clearly shows a lack of proper communication and coordination among the staff. "Terrible hotel, reception staff not friendly, problems with internet, very slow and sometimes dropped out. The room was very dirty, the sheets had not been changed, so you just slipped into the sheets that someone else had slept in. Very dirty. The pillows were very dirty and smelled of sweat. Mold in the bathroom and no toilet paper. Breakfast not ready at 7.30 am, dishes were not fresh and tasted bad. I travel a lot for work but this was the worst experience ever. Windows not cleaned in years. Really scandalous."
