'”during my recent stay at hotel mari aai, i had a fairly good experience. The hotel's location was convenient, and the staff was generally friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities met my basic needs. However, there were a few areas where improvement is needed. The room interior is not so good. The wi-fi signal was a bit weak, and the breakfast options were somewhat limited. Additionally, there was some noise from neighboring rooms, which affected the overall tranquility of my stay. In summary, hotel mari aai provided a decent stay, but there is room for enhancement in terms of amenities, interior design and noise isolation. I would consider staying here again, depending on my needs for future trips”'

'We had a very nice stay at Hotel Ravikiran, Alibag. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a good variety and taste. 리리뷰어Radha's Cottage is a lovely retreat, very well located at the end of the road in Matheran. It's a simple place, furnished largely with period furniture. The food is outstanding - the best I've had in 6 weeks of traveling in India.
For those who are unfamiliar with Matheran as I was, a couple pieces of information:
- The ”toy train” runs very infrequently. Be sure to get a schedule if you plan to take it from the parking.
- It's a 4.5km walk from the train station near the parking to Radha's. Don't believe the stationmaster if he tells you it's a 20 minute walk, it's an hour's walk.
- It's still another 1.5km from the train station in the village to Radha's. If you've got a bag it's probably a good idea to get some help from a porter.
- Sometimes the electricity goes out. When we stayed, these outages were brief, just a minute or 2.
- Sometimes the water in the bathroom is dark brown. This surprised us one morning. It's dirt, and cleared during the course of the day.

RRUBENDRANI recently stayed at Radisson Resort Khopoli, and it exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—plentiful, fresh, and offering a wide variety of choices for all dietary needs. The hotel also had great amenities, including a well-maintained gym and a relaxing spa area. Its location was ideal, within walking distance of major attractions and public transportation.
The only minor downside was some noise from the street at night, but it didn’t significantly affect my sleep.
Overall, I’d highly recommend Radisson Resort Khopoli for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again!

리리뷰어This is a historically important location in Matheran. Ratheesh and his business partner were so welcoming and helpful and the accommodation is so full of character. For a truly “green” and unique stay in a totally unique location, the Verandah in the Forest is absolutely a must. This is undoubtedly the place to stay in Matheran if you can get a room - would suggest booking early so as not to miss the chance to stay here - and is so much more than a hotel.
Food was superb and because of the size and layout, never seemed busy. Quiet and relaxing stay.
As there’s no phone signal in Matheran Hill Station I’d suggest contacting Ratheesh before making the ascent to the hill station for location instructions. There is wi-fi at the Verandah in the Forest.

YYanniVery comfortable room, in a quiet and relaxing spot of Matheran. Delicious food and above all very friendly and serviceable staff! Our stay was lovely, we even extended it for two more nights without any issue. The hotel staff was always ready to help us with any inquiry. The room was large and with all necessary things.

Staff is friendly and co-operative. Swimming pool doesn’t seem to be maintained so didn’t feel like getting in.
