소토그란데 호텔 카티푸난 후기

호텔은 제가 회의를 하는 대학과 매우 가깝습니다. 로비에 있는 형제가 항상 짐 운반을 도와줄 준비가 되어 있습니다. 고층 건물에 사는 것을 선택하는 것이 더 나을 수도 있습니다. 방음은 평균입니다. 방은 깨끗했습니다. 하지만 개인 수건을 가져가는 것이 가장 좋습니다. 호텔에는 체육관과 수영장이 있으며, 호텔 맞은편에는 훌륭한 서비스와 맛있는 음식을 제공하는 매우 훌륭한 전통 필리핀 레스토랑이 있습니다! 호텔 조식은 별로 좋지 않았습니다.

다 좋았어요. 서비스는 좋았어요. 하지만 그들이 준 방은 꽤 으스스했어요. 테이블에 먼지가 있고 벽에 금이 가 있어서 꽤 오랫동안 사용하지 않은 것 같았어요(누군가가 펀칭한 것 같았어요)

객실은 잘 꾸며져 있지만 발코니가 타일로 되어 있지 않고 깨끗하게 유지되지 않아서 밖으로 나가고 싶지 않았습니다. 욕실도 꽤 넓었습니다. 하지만 배수구에서 이상한 냄새가 났습니다. 침대와 베개는 편안했지만, 여기서 머무른 후 호흡기 감염에 걸렸습니다. 카펫 때문인 것 같습니다. 카펫 때문에 발이 정말 더러웠습니다. 에어컨도 새었습니다. 전반적으로 평균적인 숙박이었지만 청결과 위생이 보장되지 않기 때문에 다시는 머물지 않을 것입니다.

방은 새것처럼 보였고 전반적으로 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 방은 사진보다 훨씬 작아 보이지만 깨끗하기 때문에 가격 대비 가치가 있으므로 괜찮습니다. 서비스도 좋고 프런트 데스크에서 요청에 빠르게 응답합니다. 수영장도 있고 헬스장도 있어서 너무 좋아요! 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다 def

비록 작은 호텔이지만! 모든 것이 세련되고 방도 크고 깨끗합니다. 나는 또한 아침 식사를 좋아합니다! 비프 타파가 최고야

we had a good stay here, its good for quick travllers and has appointments near katipunan or whiteplains area.

We booked the Deluxe room for 2 nights in a hurry as our flight got cancelled. We got kids so we decided to stay somewhere where the amenities are something that we can enjoy, our kids loved the well-maintained pool, the mini playground and even though we're not able to try the sauna and gym due to time constraints, we are amazed by how clean the hotel is..the location is great especially and judging by our stay, the price and quality of the stay we had there was worth it! The receptionist, the pool staff ESPECIALLY the lobby and parking guard was so HELPFUL!! Our car battery got drained, they went extra mile helping me to jumpstart the car. He radioed for help and 6 men came down from their team and even took a service pick up van to help us out. I am sad because I was trying to give something back to them but they just took off and did not accept the cash. But I want to express my gratitude towards the great staff of this hotel. We will never forget the great experience and humanity you showed us today.

Clean, good food. Friendly staff.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, as it is near to a lot of food establishments. They allowed us to check-in early, which is commendable. The room has complete amenities and is very cozy. We just hope that they improve the quality of their room amenities, as most of them have issues. (ex. TV signal is weak, broken glass soap container, loose toilet cover and bidet holder)

It was a nice hotel.. the wifi is just not that fast. The location is far from all the restos and malls

The room size is okay for a family of 3 considering the beds are double sized. Room was clean . For breakfast , its not buffet but there are choices of plating and served to the table. Their checkout time is quite long so just keep that in mind if you are in a hurry. One issue which we faced at midnight, it was 13th Dec, and on our floor( 7th) there were 3 groups l guess were just standing at the common corridor and talking, running also calling each other from across the rooms , until at 1:30 midnight l couldn't take it , went to the reception to address, just commendable job by the lady in the reception who handled this very well . lt was not the hotel's fault but due to such ruccus l could nt sleep for a long time . Shout out to the lady , forgot to ask her name , for managing the situation at 1:30 am .

Overall service is good. Staff are very good and all smiling. (-) The electric kettle was not functioning well, and service charge for room breakfast.

Their service treats their guests well. There is something you can't deny that they have a shortcoming. Just like the bathtub drain doesn't work. Their air conditioner is a bit weak. We booked this hotel because of the amenities. We didn't use it because the pool was being repaired. It was a little sad and disappointing but overall my gf and I enjoyed it. Thanks anyway.
