퀸스타운, 트윈 리버스 트레일 인터섹션 근처 호텔

Stayed for two nights and found this a very comfortable, fully equipped apartment. Good shower, comfortable bed, very clean and comprehensive kitchen facility. Victoria on reception was so helpful too! Great views. Parking can be a little tricky as the hotel has limited parking. Close to the airport, shops, supermarkets.

내 최악의 호텔 숙박 중 하나가되어야했고 Queenstown의 Ramada로 돌아 오지 않을 것입니다. 우리는 체크인하기 위해 도착했지만 문이 잠겨 있고 리셉션이 닫혀 있다는 것을 알았습니다. 리셉션이 닫히고 시간 이후에 연락이 되지 않는다는 사전 경고가 없었기 때문에 처음에는 들어갈 방법이 없다고 생각했습니다. 다행히도 우리가 그곳에서 만나는 우리 파티의 한 구성원이 계획을 변경했고 우리보다 일찍 도착했습니다. 원래 그는 나중에 도착할 것입니다. 우리가 들어갔을 때 나는 내 방으로 향했고 바닥 전체가 찌그러졌습니다. 냄새조차 설명할 수 없지만 끔찍했습니다. 에어컨이 작동하지 않아 절대 사우나 인 방에 들어갔습니다. 그들은 내 방에 작은 팬을 넣었지만 뜨거운 공기를 옮기고 냄새를 맡는 것뿐이었습니다. 화장실에서 보니 침대 밑에 사용한 티슈가 보였고 변기 문 바닥에 먼지와 머리카락이 붙어 있어서 문을 열고 닫을 때 빗자루처럼 작동했습니다. 나는 창문을 열 수 없었고 끔찍한 밤 잠을 잤습니다. 나는이 장소를 누구에게도 추천하지 않을 것입니다. 방에 250달러였고 그 비용의 절반 가치가 없었습니다.

우리는 Te Anau/Milford Sound로 향하는 고속도로에 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 도시까지 차로 가까운 거리에 있는 공항과 가깝고 싶었습니다. 이 호텔은 모든 상자를 체크했습니다. 처음 도착했을 때 우리는 주차장에 들어가 주차 공간이 얼마나 협소하고 작은지 알아차렸습니다. 엘리베이터를 타고 로비까지 올라간 후 우리는 매우 전문적이고 친절한 직원을 만났습니다. 우리는 멋지고 업데이트 된 우리 방에 갔고 멋진 전망과 넓은 평면도를 가지고있었습니다. 우리는 싱크대에 문제가 있었는데 방에 도착했을 때 막혔습니다. 퀸스타운을 방문하는 동안 직원이 싱크대를 막지 않았지만 청소하지 않았기 때문에 우리가 돌아왔을 때 막힌 잔류물은 여전히 싱크대에 있었습니다. 실망과 아이러니하게도 특전은 작은 발코니였습니다. 작은 발코니의 대부분은 에어컨으로 사용되었습니다. 긍정적 인 점은 산과 Queenstown의 멋진 전망을 가지고 있다는 것입니다. 침대는 크고 편안했습니다. 소파, 거실, 주방이 정말 좋았습니다. 우리는 샤워를 정말로 즐겼고 우리가 그것을 가지고있는 동안 뜨거운 물을 이용했습니다. 전반적으로 우리는 우리의 체류를 즐겼습니다. DoubleTree 쿠키도 항상 플러스입니다.

“Sudima Queenstown Five Mile” -is in Queenstown, right? The name seems pretty clear. It’s shown as being in “Queenstown Central” which is in central Queenstown, right? The name seems pretty clear on that point too. Close to the lake perhaps, looking towards the mountains, near the Queenstown bars and restaurants? WRONG. WRONG. “Queenstown Central” is not in central Queenstown. It’s the name of a shopping centre outside of Frankton, next door to the airport, surrounded by massive carparks, supermarkets, K Mart etc and about 50m off the main State Highway 6A. Hence the “Sudima Queenstown Five Mile”, despite the name, is 7.6 km from Queenstown according to Google maps (or a $50+ taxi ride away, as I can tell you from frequent experience) and about as far away from the experience or the convenience of staying in central Queenstown as you can get. Close to the lake perhaps, looking towards the mountains, near the Queenstown bars and restaurants – in your DREAMS. Having booked in a hurry and taking at face value the name(s) described the reality, we were stuck at this hotel for three nights. On arriving we were given an “underground carpark pass”, meaning that as an elderly couple we had to park 5-10 minutes’ walk away from the hotel in an isolated underground location, walking through deserted carparks late at night or early in the morning. (As we were checking out, we discovered that the receptionist could have simply noted our car registration number and for the duration of our stay we could have parked in the massive carpark immediately outside the hotel door.) We were given Room 223 for our stay, which I found overlooked the massive nearby roundabout on the main State Highway 6A (meaning trucks would be audibly braking at all hours), with a view to K Mart, I went back to the desk and asked for a room away from the Highway. We were moved to Room 214. On entering Room 214, I discovered a woman lying on the bed, semi-undressed, on the telephone. I quickly backed out of the room and went straight down to reception, where I was told, “that’s odd, someone mustn’t have updated the system”. I went back to Room 214, knocked on the door and apologised to the occupants, explaining what had happened. All attempts to find another hotel to stay in were unsuccessful; there were no vacancies at such short notice. We stayed in Room 223, but tried to be out of the hotel as much as humanly possible. I had booked restaurants in Queenstown – full degustation menus with matching wines, for every night we stayed - meaning I couldn’t drive, and we consequently were paying an extra $100-130+ per night to go to dinner and return to the ‘carpark-hotel’. Had the room we stayed in been in a hotel located in central Queenstown then it would have been a pleasant experience, but what we experienced was simply awful. Might the name of both the hotel and the shopping centre mislead people who are booking a stay in Queenstown? I will leave it to you to decide.

방도 넓고 중국어 할 줄 아는 사람도 많고 중국인 관광객이 너무 많을 수도 있고 아침 식사도 괜찮고 흰죽도 있어요. 호텔 뒤편의 산책로는 켈빈 높이로 바로 갈 수 있어 매우 좋습니다. 제가 예약한 방은 레이크뷰 방이 아니고 정문 바로 위층 방이었는데 계속 왕래가 많아서 좀 시끄러웠어요.

프런트에 중국어를 할 줄 아는 아주머니가 계셨는데, 큰 문제를 해결하는데 도움을 주셨네요. 감사합니다👍. 공항과 매우 가까워 도보로 짧은 거리에 있습니다. 매우 편리합니다. 대형 슈퍼마켓까지 도보로 2분이면 갈 수 있고, NZD 4에 퀸스타운까지 직행하는 1호선 버스도 있습니다.

우리는 산의 아름다운 전망이있는 1 층에있었습니다. 안뜰 문이 닫히면 헬리콥터나 비행기 소리가 들리지 않았습니다. 공항이 몇 분 거리에 있다는 점을 감안할 때 소음이 없었습니다. 주방에는 바 냉장고, 식기 세척기, 접시 등이 있습니다(그러나 일부는 2개, 3개 또는 4개 중 일부였습니다. 모두 4개였으면 더 좋았을 텐데 매일 씻을 필요가 없었습니다), 냄비/팬, 토스터기, 주전자 및 일부 차/커피. 또한 올바른 설정을 갖춘 세탁기는 건조기입니다. 싱글 라운지 의자 2개와 1개를 위한 식탁실. 거대한 침대와 옷을 위한 좋은 방. 침대는 거대하고 편안했습니다. 산이 내려다보이는 발코니로 통하는 바닥 너비 유리 문/창. 길 건너편에는 현재 땅이 비어 있어 사적이며 자동차 교통이 없습니다. 욕실은 편안하고 훌륭한 샤워 시설이지만 온수 수건 걸이는 없습니다. 대형 슈퍼마켓과 일부 음식 장소를 포함한 상점까지 도보로 약 5분이 소요됩니다. 아로우 타운이나 퀸스 타운으로가는 대중 버스 서비스가 있지만 슬프게도 매우 산발적이며 서비스가 취소됩니다. 그러나 Queenstown에 도착하는 데 18 분이 걸렸고 택시 대신 $ 2/adult 비용은 약 $ 40입니다! 방 청소는 때때로 매우 늦은 시간이었지만 실제로 필요하지 않았기 때문에 우리를 괴롭히지 않았습니다. 주차는 앞에 가능하지만 먼저 입장할 수 있습니다. 그래서 성수기에는 문제가 있다고 상상할 것입니다. 전반적으로: 전문가는 공항과 가깝고 조용한 위치, 슈퍼마켓과 가까운 원하는 모든 것을 갖추고 있습니다. 단점: Queenstown까지 차로 15분 이상 거리에 있으며 욕실에 온수 수건 걸이가 없으며 주차가 문제가 될 수 있습니다.

Our experience from check in was a bit disappointing. The assistant took ages to find our booking then rattled off a lot of information re parking etc. If there is a lot to be relayed please put it on paper and give it out at check in. Our plans the next day were shattered when we went into Queenstown and found that a running event-marathon etc was on. No parking, centre in gridlock. It would have been great if the check in assistant had given us that information (or a note could have been put into our room) to save us lots of stress the next day. Our room was clean but very small. Bed only in the room- no space for anything else, no table or chairs. There are shops and eateries within a short walk and it is close to the airport.

환경이 아름답고 도심에 이 공원이 있다는 것은 정말 좋고 저렴하고 좋은 품질이며 공공 주방이 있습니다. 퀸스타운 레스토랑에서 식사를 하는 것은 매우 비싸기 때문에 자신을 큰 능력으로 보여줄 수 있지만 개인 화장실이 없다는 점에 유의해야 합니다. 날씨가 춥다면 밤에 화장실에 가는 것은 매우 고통스러운 일입니다.

사진에 1,2층읗 다 쓸 수 있는 것처럼 해놨지만 따로 구요 1층이면 1층 2층이면 2층입니댜. 위치는 훌륭하고 주차장 무료인거 좋고 사우나 이용 괜찮고 연박하더라도 미니바 채워주고 새 수건주고 쓰레기 치워주고 모두 좋습니다! 그런데 방음이 안됩니닼ㅋㅋㅋ 옆방소리 윗집 소리 다들려욬ㅋㅋㅋ 1층은 퀸스타운 뷰가 전혀 보이지 않습니다 그건 아쉬웠어요. 어메니티 샴푸,바디워시 같이 하는거 그리고 린스외에는 없습니다. 치약, 칫솔, 슬리퍼, 가운 안줍니다! 아파트먼트라서 요리하고 그랬는데 소금하고 후추말고는 조미료 없고 식용유도 없어요 후라이팬, 냄비, 토스트기, 포트 이정도 제공됩니다. 방은 따뜻했습니다! :)
