Great experience from the first phone call to make a booking...good communication from confirmation of the booking to thank you for staying email after leaving...lovely people. Super super spotlessly clean. I was given a renovated deluxe room on the ground floor with lovely comfortable bed and a 2 seat couch and a table with chairs and still plenty of room to move, very comfortable stay for six nights. Lovely big renovated bathroom, rainwater shower with great pressure, water was lovely and hot, big towels and lovely high quality toiletries. Kitchen area with full sized fridge/freezer and microwave so could get some groceries in and save having to buy restaurant food every day. Note in drawer with toaster that hotplate/pots/pans available on request...I didn't take that up as the microwave was sufficient for what I wanted to heat up but it's a good option to have. NBN and Foxtel TV included. Great location, quiet even though on corner with Canberra Avenue, easy access to the ACT and surrounds and close to the shops and town centre. Close enough that I walked into town the day I arrived to check out where things were, probably less than 15 minute walk in and definitely not hurrying. Hamilton's Queanbeyan will be first choice if I need to book accommodation in the ACT area.

Beautifully appointed room so very clean we had been travelling for two weeks thru Victoria and this was by far the best accommodation. Good quality linen, appliances and bathroom products. Would definitely recommend this motel.

We were pleased with our room, spacious, very clean and well presented. Whilst on a busy corner, there was no road noise as our room had a sound window fitted. A small kitchenette was appreciated The motel is not far from a shopping centre. Easy drive to Canberra and scenic walking areas

This motel was a lucky find. Great location - convenient and quiet. The rooms are modern, very comfortably furnished, beautifully appointed, and spotless. We’ll definitely be back when next in the Canberra vicinity. Couldn’t ask for more. Value for the $ too!!

The most spacious, clean, and well equipped motel we have stayed in for weeks! We chose a king room and it did not disappoint. Has a full size fridge, large living area, and looks to be recently renovated. Excellent location as well, close to shops and restaurants.

If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly place to stay, this ticks all the boxes. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a bed that was cozy. I loved having all the little essentials like a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker—it made the stay so convenient. The bathroom was also well-maintained, with great water pressure in the shower (a small but crucial detail for me!). Also EV charging!!! What really stands out each time we stay is the excellent service. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Despite being centrally located, it was surprisingly quiet at night, so we all got a good night’s sleep. I’d stay here a fourth time!!

The room and bathroom was clean and fresh. Service was good and the lady at reception was helpful. What they could add is a hotplate as there is already a fan. Otherwise, all good. A few potted plants would help take away the concrete and brick look. The bathroom looks like it was recently updated.

Beautiful room, probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Plenty of pillows and a dual zone electric blanket which was definitely handy with -7 degree mornings. Spa was amazing after a cold night out. The shower was fantastic, rain head with great water pressure. The staff were lovely.

Delightfully warm welcome from reception and a lovely clean, spacious room. Despite being right on the corner of a block at a very busy intersection, double glazing makes the room a restful sanctuary. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return when next we visit Queanbeyan.

Great motel room - kitchenette with crockery and cutlery for 4, dining table and lounge area. Neat and clean throughout including renovated bathroom with fab rainwater shower rose. Warm and cosy with electric blanket for comfortable bed. Off street parking.

The room was spacious and clean, bed's very comfortable and shower was amazing. The room had all the basics we needed. Location was very close to everything we needed. Staff were very accommodating and friendly and organised early check-in with no fuss.

This is a small and long established Queanbeyan motel that has undergone a major renovation. The bathroom in my unit was on a par with the most upmarket establishment anywhere. I was welcomed warmly, the unit was spotless and bed super comfortable with a luxurious mattress topper. There was a complete kitchenette with a sink, quality tea/coffee and full size fridge. Canberra Ave is a busy road so if traffic noise bothers you stay away, but otherwise highly recommended.
