One of the worst cases of theft, bullying, abuse and intimidation that I have ever experienced as a hotel guest. And I travel often (and many motels would give me glowing testimonials). The owners effectively stole 900 dollars from me by accepting my 8 night reservation, then bullying me out as soon as they saw my face. I only stayed for 2 nights. They never offered a refund or apologized for their hateful, condescending speech and unprofessional conduct/bullying. My crime? Apparently I drove a little too fast out of the car park (yup - seriously - they threatened to kick me out because of this) and I complained about prolonged noise by gossiping staff. When I was exhausted from work and needed to rest, they knocked on my door, and physically intimidated me, speaking to me like a child and criminal (not like an adult and long-term customer). Some of the abhorrent things that they said to my face: ”You think that your 1200 dollars matters? We are fully booked out for this weekend. I gave you a discount for that room! (by the way, at 150 per night, there was no microwave and I didn't sleep well on the too-soft mattresses and pillows, so not good value anyway)” ”This is a motel. People will make noise. If other guests want to talk, they are allowed to! (I was referring to prolonged noise - and many good motels consider this a valid concern).” After they had intimidated me, the female owner said, tauntingly, ”Do I need to call someone for you?” Hey owners - if my 1200 dollars isn't worth anything to you because you are fully booked out all the time, why don't you give me my money back? Many hotels consider me an outstanding guest - I am quiet, mind my own business and am financially sound. Like I countered to them: ”Have I done *****? No. Have I done alcohol? No. Have I painted the room? No.” They threatened to kick me out because they are domineering, controlling personalities who don't like it when clients have a point and defend themselves. I strongly advise against pretty women staying here - and don't book a week-long stay here, because they'll just make up an imaginary crime, bully you into leaving and not give a refund. The behaviour of the owner makes me even more disgusted and ashamed of this country. Bullying and abuse is not right.

우선 / 우리는 욕실이 딸린 파워 사이트에서 4박 동안 Alivio Tourist 공원에 머니다. 그런 다음 별 4개로 평가되었기 때문에 Crestview로 이사했습니다. 실망스럽게도 이것은 허름한 모텔 유형의 공원처럼 보입니다. 캐러밴 사이트는 명확하게 표시되지 않습니다. 두 개의 캐러밴은 같은 전기 상자와 수도꼭지를 공유해야 합니다. 프라이버시는 어디에 있습니까? 구내에 레스토랑이 없습니다. 어린이 놀이터는 농담입니다. Alivio는 10배 더 큽니다. 왜 내가 그것을 잘못 평가합니까? 우리는 시설이 없는 전원 사이트에 대해 $80+를 지불했지만 같은 가격으로 Alivio에서 욕실이 딸린 최고 등급 시설을 얻을 수 있습니다.

호텔 키베얀 캔버라의 위치는 시티투어를 하기 편리한 관광명소에 있습니다. 호텔 키베얀 캔버라 객실은 여행객과 비즈니스 출장객 모두에게 퀘안비얀에서 편안하게 지낼 수 있는 공간입니다.캔버라 기차역은 단, 9km 정도 떨어져있고, 캔버라국제공항에서는 단, 11km 정도 떨어져있어 교통이 매우 편리합니다.바쁜 일정 후에는 호텔에서 휴식을 취하거나, 주변 명소들을 둘러보실 수 있습니다. 호텔은 편리한 주차 공간을 운영합니다.

리그 모텔에서는 바쁜 일정 후 휴식시간을 보낼 수 있는 편안한 객실이 마련되어 있습니다. 리그 모텔 객실은 여행객과 비즈니스 출장객 모두에게 퀸베얀 이스트에서 편안하게 지낼 수 있는 공간입니다.호텔은 캔버라 기차역에서 단, 11km 정도 거리에 있고, 캔버라국제공항에서는 단, 12km 정도 거리에 있어 다양한 교통수단을 선택하여 이용할 수 있습니다. 크레스트뷰 투어리스트 파크, The Q - Queanbeyan Performing Arts Centre 등 유명 관광지들이 가까운 거리에 있으며, 편안하게 관광을 즐기실 수 있습니다.호텔 시설을 이용하여 하루 동안의 피로를 말끔히 푸실 수 있습니다. 호텔에서는 쾌적하고 편안한 주차 서비스를 제공합니다.

나는 다시 여기에 머물 것이라고 말할 수 없습니다. 나는 꽤 자주 캔버라에 가므로 항상 머물기에 좋은 곳을 찾고 있습니다. 1박에 $250에 ”거주”는 2BR ”집”이지만 온라인으로 광고된 것과 같지 않았습니다. 도착했을 때 장소는 얼어 붙었고 침대에 적절한 담요 등이 없었습니다. 담요와 시트는 추운 온도에 충분하지 않았고 거기에있었습니다. 찬장에 여분의 것이 없습니다. 베개도 불편했습니다. 욕실은 끔찍하고 매우 광택이 나는 바닥 타일이 있습니다. 6세는 화장실에 걸어가는 것만으로도 넘어져 심하게 다쳤습니다. 화장실은 한 번에 몇 시간 동안 ”운전”되며 욕실 비품이 누락되거나 녹슬었습니다. Wi-Fi가 있는 것 같았지만 비밀번호는 어디에도 남지 않았습니다. 사실 현장에는 아무도 없고 자물쇠 상자에서 열쇠를 수집하므로 질문할 사람이 없습니다. 가질 수 있습니다. 또한 번화한 도로 바로 옆에 있으므로 모든 교통 소음으로 인해 수면이 최소화되었습니다. 담요가 없기 때문에 너무 추워지면 꽤 끔찍한 숙박이 되었습니다. 다행히 우리는 하룻밤만 여기에 있었습니다. 더 있었다면 떠나서 환불을 요청했을 것입니다. 거실, 주방, 침실은 깨끗해 보였지만 욕실은 그렇지 않았습니다. 나는 맨발로 들어갔고 발바닥에 금발 머리가 붙어있었습니다. 모두 브루네트이고 방금 도착했기 때문에 우리 머리카락이 아니었으므로 거기에서 전혀 잘 청소되지 않았습니다. 나는 돌아 오지 않을 것이며 지금까지 1박에 250달러의 가치가 없기 때문에 이 방의 비용을 심각하게 조정해야 합니다! 내가 말할 수있는 유일한 좋은 점은 전화로 신사를 예약 할 때 사랑 스러웠습니다.

We stayed in a family apartment for 2 nights during July winter school holidays. There’s 2 adults and 2 teenagers so the bedding configurations was perfect - 1 Queen bed and 2 single beds (on a separate room). I booked directly with the hotel by calling them as I tried to book online but it kept asking me to book 2 rooms which didn’t make sense and the rate was cheaper directly over the phone with the hotel. Our room was on the third level but it’s ok theirs a lift for luggages. The main area had lounge (new and firm), queen bed, dining table for 4, kitchen, large TV and split Aircon/heater. The mattress of our bed was worn out as it was sagging badly in the centre. I raised this with reception at check out and she said she hasn’t had any complaints about the mattresses but will pass on my concern to management as she said all the mattresses was also changed when it was renovated a few years ago. We stayed in room 56 so if you don’t like saggy mattress request not to stay in this room. I would have rated our stay 5 rating but our mattress was a let down. The separate room had 2 singles beds (mattress was perfectly firm), tv and own split heater/aircon system. This room was good as my teenagers could have their own privacy. Bathroom was good, shower pressure was great. But they had a small gap on top of the window so it was freezing in the bathroom in winter! I understand they did this to prevent steam and mould forming in the bathroom but there’s already an exhaust fan which was doing it’s job so this made the bathroom too cold when door is closed. Hot water was plenty and never ran out when we all showered and washing the dishes. Kitchen amenities had the minimal requirements and was sufficient for cooking. Towels and beddings was high quality and I was surprised with the thick nice quality of the towels. It was even better some of the more nicer hotel we have stayed in the past. Eateries, woolies/Aldi was just around the corner and walking distance. Bought some fried chicken from Kingsley Chicken - that was yum. Our favourite restaurant is Lolo and Lola Restaurant at Watson (20 mins drive) - booking ahead is a must. While in Canberra the teenagers enjoyed the Segway Glide Ride and great timing Christmas in July (food truck etc) was near Questacon. We also did a day trip to Perisher - left the hotel at 6.30am and arrived just before 9am at Perisher. Request for later checkout was granted till 10.30am.. I think reception staff should be provided/wear uniform to look more professional. Oh yes we also could hear other rooms footsteps early in the morning even we were in the top level.. not sure if it was the room next to ours. I would stay here again but will ask for a room with better queen mattress lol.

Totally recommend Golden Age Motor Inn Queanbeyan East, rooms are spacious with interesting well balanced decor, all facilities including cutlery & a microwave, excellent WiFi, great shower with large modern head, comfy, quiet surroundings all at a budget price and better value than some ‘name’ competitors and Annemarie on the front desk is ‘Terrific’ 👍 Max & Denise (retired professionals)
