孩子在古鎮口海軍學校參加比賽，看他們離得很近，環境也不錯，所以預訂了他們家帶浴缸的房間。可是到前台後直接給了普通的大床房，進房以後才發現沒有浴缸，找了前台才給換的南向房間加浴缸。其實訂的什麼房間前台應該很清楚，而且價位也都不一樣，明明有很多空房，這樣做真是讓人心裏不舒服。最讓人失望的是，酒店的協調能力真的很差，當天入住的基本上都是參加比賽的孩子，我們早上七點下去的時候，基本上所有的東西都沒有了，作為酒店，看客流情況準備早餐不是應該的嗎？最後連雞蛋都沒有了，再就是都什麼年代了，居然還要收按金，收的時候秒收，退的時候要下午。衞生環境沒得説，服務真不行。
