Qesm Sharm Ash Sheikh 스파가 있는 호텔

My other half and I stayed here for 2 weeks in January 2024 and we bloth had a great time. Works were going on to the top swimming pool, but they didn't affect our use or enjoyment of the hotel. It should look great when it's finished. My first mention is Ahmed the chef in the main restaurant. He was fantastic. I am a vegetarian who doesn't eat tomato. On many nights Ahmed would cook me a special pasta with all the things I love in it. There were also many nights when I could easily eat off the the buffet. If there was anything I wanted, I just had to ask. Ahmed also cooked up some wonderful meals for my boyfriend. I loved the chocolate fountain and there was always a supply of lovely strawberries and bananas to dip in it. My next mention is to another Ahmed who served in the restaurant. A very lovely man who helped to make our holiday special and was always on hand to help with anything. We rarely had to ask for another drink. The swimming pool attendants were also always willing to help with anything, and the staff behind the downstairs bar were always friendly and helpful. We hardly used the upstairs bar. There was always nightly entertainment, almost all of which was good/excellent. One night was not the usual standard, but it gave us a good laugh. Our room was a good standard and was always kept clean and well stocked. There are lots of steps, which is not surprising when a hotel is built into a cliff, but there was a regular cart going around the resort transporting people and you could phone for one as well. I am a diver and spent many days diving with Dive Inn. The reef just off the beach is fantastic with many different types of fish. The dive staff were wonderful and the diving was excellent. I will review them separately. We will definitely go back, and we would say that whilst the resort was excellent, it really was the people who work there who made it such a great holiday.

개조된 객실(수페리어)은 훌륭합니다. 현대적이고 깨끗하며 필요한 모든 편의 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 시설(여러 개의 수영장, 슬라이드, 해변 공간)이 잘 관리되어 있으며 전용 산호초는 스노클링을 즐기기에 최고의 장소입니다! 음식은 매일 약간씩 다양했으며 저녁 식사로 일품 요리를 위해 3개의 레스토랑 중 한 곳을 무료로 예약할 수 있습니다(레스토랑당 한 번). 우리는 시간 제한 때문에 이것을 하지 않았지만 뷔페 식사에 다양성을 추가할 수 있는 좋은 선택처럼 보였습니다. 주로 러시아와 이탈리아 고객이지만 모든 직원은 영어를 구사합니다. 나는 이 리조트가 매우 가치 있다고 생각했다. 즐기다 :)

방 환경이 매우 좋고 아침과 점심이 매우 일반적이며 주로 너무 많은 사람들이 식사를 위해 줄을 서야합니다. 이탈리아 레스토랑 저녁 식사를 예약하는 것은 완벽하고 맛있습니다. Tucao : 호텔의 연락처 정보는 단순히 장식입니다. 여행 10 일 전에 픽업을 예약하기 위해 이메일을 보내십시오. 샤름 셰이크는 임대하지 않습니다. 호텔에서 차를 빌릴 수 있습니다. 열두 개의 이메일을 보냈습니다. 첫 번째 응답은 실제로 동료에게 전송되었으며 돌아 다니며 아무도 해결하지 못했습니다. Ctrip의 도움을 찾을 방법이 없습니다. 결과는 Ctrip이 실제로이 호텔에 연락 할 수 없다는 것입니다. 나는 그것을 가져 갔다. 이집트에 도착하면이 호텔에 전화 할 수 있다고 생각했습니다. 카이로에 도착했을 때 이집트 카드를 사용하여 호텔에 전화를 걸었습니다. 아무도 전화를 받지 않았거나 잘못된 전화였습니다. 나는 매우 말문이 막혔다. 15개국을 여행한 것은 이번이 처음이다. 이런 상황을 만났고, 드디어 확인 이메일을 받았습니다. 그런 다음 샤름 셰이크 공항에 도착했습니다. 우리를 데리러 오는 운전자를 볼 수 없었습니다. 20 분 동안 기다렸습니다. 호텔에 연락 할 수 없었습니다. 공항에서 기다리는 것이 좋았습니다.

This was our 5th stay at this Charmillion and it has been joyful every time! Very well balanced resort under a fantastic management and a super friendly staff. What an amazing team!! Very highly recommended especially with kids as you get the Aquapark world and an amazing beach access which is few minutes away! We have been to several beaches in Sharm however this beach is immaculate. There, you may swim/snorkel in shallow water (kids) or in the deep via pier (breathtaking scenery above and under water). We find this resort always alive throughout the day and night with many family activities/events such as mini disco (kids dance on stage with the animation team), darts, water sports, game room, billiards, different nightly shows after mini disco and also live music by the main restaurant and bar. The animation team is also amazing as we see them all the time encouraging kids and guests to join activities. We also appreciate that it's so convenient there where everything is within a quick reach, pools/aqua park, wave pool, bars, gym/spa, kids club, restaurants, stage, built in stores/pharmacy. We find this very important as we don't want to waste any time there:D.. Very well designed, perfect size resort for all guests to experience quality time. Food was fantastic as well! Don't worry about getting hungry as you can get food all day long whether from the main restaurant or from the snack bar (Hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken strips etc) by the pools. Don't forget to try their fresh chunky mango, strawberry or guava juice. For us it was a must on a daily basis as it was so good! They even offer them frozen in a bottle, this is perfect because they stay cool for a long while. Can't wait to visit again on our next school break :)))

The Happy Life Hotel is very beautiful and excellent. The room is very clean. Thank you very much. The house is great and the people here are very respectful. The services at the swimming pool are very excellent, especially the sea. It is very beautiful and clean. The animation team is very excellent and the people are very respectful. The vacation is very nice with them and the parties at night are very excellent. I have to come again.

단기 체류, 매우 넓은 방만 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 휴가를 즐겁게 만들기 위해 열심히 일하는 사랑스러운 애니메이션 팀. 모든 직원은 친절하고 세심했습니다. 호텔에서 실제로 먹지 않았으므로 음식에 대해 언급 할 수 없습니다.

What a fabulous time we had. Everything was perfect. We stayed for 1 week in January. Food- the a la carte restaurants were fabulous. Pretty much anything on the menu and as much as you like. Our favourite just about was the Lebanese. The buffet was plentiful and of good quality but as with all buffet restaurants it was less relaxed and lacked atmosphere. Overall amazing food. Pools- 3 pools, plenty of sunbeds. Very quiet for us so could have had any. Beach - again really quiet , pick of sunbeds. Snorkelling- red flag most days but still very rough on a ‘yellow’ day. Not for a poor swimmer. Able to see wonderful fish but water cold and too choppy for any length of time. Service- wonderful. Every pool/ bar and restaurant was great. Nothing too much trouble. Glasses cleaned/ cold flannels/ drinks brought to you. Fabulous. Rooms- we had a garden room. Didn’t use balcony as a cold wind and in the shade. Otherwise it was lovely, clean, serviced every day. Mini bar replenished. Entertainment- we didn’t really need much as too much food and drink . It was outside so a bit cold in January but always a singer on the main bar. Drinks - not branded but I thought the quality was good. Every cocktail you could imagine!! Prosecco ( white champagne) was good. Staff- wonderful… a credit to the hotel… tip or not the service was great. It is lovely to tip those who work so hard. Bring lots of 1 dollar notes and tip little and often. Don’t use the atm as the surcharge is a lot! Overall the clientele was good. Everyone was respectful and appreciative. We will return. We were very happy with our holiday .

The hotel is OK, the territory is very good taken care of, the staff is very nice and helpful ( I just didn’t like the person who was staying at reception when we checked in, I don’t remember his name unfortunately). The food is amazing, fully deserves 5 stars. However, the state of the rooms is not more than 3 stars, and its not because they don’t clean them, it’s because the rooms need renovation. Another downside would be the location, it is very far away from the downtown, you will get there only by taxi. Wouldn’t recommend to visit in January, its cold and very windy. If you decide to come during winter bring warmer clothes for evenings and don’t expect to get tanned. There were not a lot of activities in the evening, very boring to be honest. The animation team was just useless in creating something fun. If you are a young couple avoid coming here. Overall it was acceptable, but I wouldn’t come back.
