Where do I begin!? Khodary’s professionalism is unlike any other. He took his sweet time in ensuring we enjoyed every night to the fullest. He supplied us with great amenities, respected our privacy & ensured we were getting our money’s worth. We booked two day tours with him and he showed us around Luxor, explaining the important monuments and temples with such ease. Dinner & service was 10/10! I would definitely recommend staying at the royal mountain hotel. Thank you so much Khodary!

We absolutely loved staying here! It feels like home! Beautiful hotel, it has the best view of Luxor, the hosts are very kind and the food is delicious! We had dinner on the roof at sunset and it was amazing! 10/10! Wish we had stayed longer! Thank you so much for having us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My stay at this hotel was amazing! I stayed for 5 days and felt completely at home thanks to Tut. Our room, the pool and rooftop were spacious, clean and beautiful, everything we needed was provided for, the food was delicious and they were very helpful. And the view is just breathtaking!

Took a Family trip to Egypt didn't know what to expect. The Host Khodary and his wife was amazing. They treated us like family. The Rooms were amazing with modern decor and had beautiful views of the ancient city of Luxor and the Valley of Kings . Me and my family of 8 Mother, Father, and Sisters were very challenging at times but Khodary was very patient with us and made sure he gave us complete accommodation of all of our needs. The food here was spectacular. If your going to be taking a trip to Egypt staying at the Royal Mountain Hotel is a must have.

The room is nice the view is best also the place is quiet which we like. We were the only guest at this hotel. Also the pool was nice and private. The only issue is that its on side it wont be easy to find Careem or Indriver easily it will take long time to find. The host has a car which u can use to visit places. Rest everything seems perfect for us as we were looking for a place with nice view and abit quit.

Thank you Royal Mountain Family! If we could give this hotel and hosts 10 ten stars we would. The rooms are large, clean, modern and still has the traditional Egyptian feel. We woke each morning and watched the sun rise over the Valley of the Kings up on the rooftop. The food. was always freshly prepared and delicious with vegetarian options thanks to Hannah. The Manager Tutt kept communication with us from the USA all through Egypt. He customized an itinerary perfect for our large family of 8, who constantly challenged him with time and diverse personalities. Yet, Tutt remained professional and met our every need. Even though our plans changed and we arrived after midnight the Manager was there to receive us. The tours were safe and well-organized. Very close to airport and some Temples but peaceful and away from noise. Pool always clean. Royal Mountain is by far better than your regular hotel. We would book again. Highly recommended.

I really cannot recommend this hotel for the following reasons: 1) it's quite remote, even for the west bank. Even local guides and taxi drivers have a very hard time finding it. 2) No wifi in the room; only in the lobby. The owner says "it's broken" and won't fix. 3) No shampoo/conditioner, even when requested. 4) No pots and pans even though there's a kitchen. 5) The owner charged 5-times the going rate for airport transfer! 6) Most egregious of all, the owner is extremely pushy about having guests book tours through him, which are much more expensive than if you book yourself through Trip Advisor or Viator, or any other tour company. He takes a cut. Bascially, the hotel room profits are nothing compared with what he would make through booking tours, transportation to/from airport, dinners at the hotel, all of which are expensive compared with what you can book yourself. The location is not close to any restaurants or services. Don't stay here.

Super nice hotel! The owner of the hotel was a very nice man and took us on our tour of the nearby temples and he was really knowledgeable about the history of the Egyptians. I really recommend this place to stay and do the tour with this guy. He recommended us a very good traditional egyptian food restaurant.

Very spacious apartment with all the amenities clean and great breakfast. The view from the balcony was beautiful and we had a great stay. I recommend it to anyone who is visiting Luxor and would like to stay in a quiet place. The breakfast on the rooftop was my favorite
