재즈 솔라야(Jaz Solaya)

Wonderful, relaxing week at the end of February/beginning of March. At the beginning of the season the hotel is of course not fully booked... perfect. really friendly, good staff, not intrusive (this is my 10th time in Egypt, I know it differently). Good, competent people in the spa area (massage, pedicure)... ideal for a week lying on the beach/pool... playing volleyball... and the location with the protected reef for snorkeling couldn't be better... .. We arrived in the morning, welcome "juice" drink, paper work about 30 minutes. They then sent us to breakfast while they took our luggage to our room (2103 very close to reception). First day as usual there was some party close to the room so my children were crazy about that and could not sleep (because of the night flight). But next days it was ok so we didn´t have to change the room. The food as usual and mostly everywhere in Egypt was adequate and it was no problem to find your best. From our room we had short way to pools, water park, beach, reception. Nice and sandy beach, nice animation program, nice and cool corals. We met dolphins, moray eels and lots of fish there. I can only recommend this place and I am thinking to plan next vacation there next year :-D

Place for our heart. We spent so nice time together withy daughter in this hotel. Food're so tasty and different. Entertainment was so crazy and funny. They will make you happy every second. Dance shows, pool parties.

Our last, eleventh stay in Jaz Solaya in Marsa Alam is another portion of admiration for this wonderful place. During twenty-two visits to Egypt, we stayed in several hotels in local resorts. Solaya has become our second home, and for several years now our sons with their families and their friends have been coming here every year. Reason ? Apart from, of course, the wonderful, well-known charms of Egypt, a beautiful bay with a two-kilometer long path for walkers and runners, perfect order and surgical cleanliness unmatched by other hotels, the advantage is the people working here. Extremely competent staff is stable, we have been greeted by almost the same smiling faces for years. The watchmaking precision of the entire crew is the colossal work of the Solaya Management. For years we have been observing the work of Mr. Sharif Gamal, a man of great personal culture and a fantastic manager. He is everywhere, subtle, cordial, gentle, decisive when necessary, enjoying authority among both the crew and guests. An expert and lover of the history and present of his country, able to convey knowledge about it in a synthetic and precise way despite all-day, intensive work. I believe that it is to him and a number of his colleagues who provide constant care to the guests that the hotel, with its fabulous location and good cuisine, owes so many regular guests. If you think about coming to Jaz Solaya, I say GO! Se have been to Egypt many times but there is one thing that we found only in Solaya. All the stuff working here is so friendly and always smiling. If that is not enough for you,I can add something more : The rooms are nice and they are not far from the pool, beach, reception or restaurants. Our room cleaning boy called Adel was great, Ibrahim working on the beach was very friendly and the receptionist so helpful and nice to everybody who talked to them. We really liked the pool party and the fire show was good too. The hotel and the sea has so many nice places to take amazing holiday photos. Coraya Divers Center can be found right in the hotel. You do not have to be afraid to go on a trip with the Remal guys too. We enjoyed the stay here so much, thanks to nice coral reef, delicious food and lovely stuff 😉

The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are always cleaned, everyone is very nice, good animation for example every evening a different show or every morning and afternoon animation with the team, you have many possibilities to do something like swimming in the pool, going to staring or water park or snorkeling, the hotel facilities, the pool or even the beach are always very clean

We had a lovely two weeks in Jaz Solaya. Hotel was quiet (appr 25% occupied?) and only one restaurant (Olive) open, but nevertheless daily animation/sports was available. Weather was very nice during the day, although in the evening it became chilly/windy. All staff was very polite and friendly. Room nicely cleaned. Meals, bbq and desserts were also very tasteful. Nice snorkeling/diving with house-rif right next to the hotel. Only disappointment I have to come back to win 4-connect from animation team again!

It was absolutely amazing and perfect! You have so many possibilities and activities to fill your day but you can also purely relax all day it’s completely up to you! The staff is amazing and kind and the entertainment crew is amazing and super kind. You will feel very welcomed!

It’s not the first time to visit Jaz Hotels as we visit Jaz before in south Sinai but it’s the first time for us in Marsa Alam and Jaz Solaya it was amazing stay quiet, clean and friendly staff , the food also was tasty and you have the different dining choices a la Carte restaurant is also including in our package. Highly recommended for all who looking for quality for his vacation.
