A new kitchen blends in with the 18'' thick stone walls and original features such as a mosaic marble sink outside - great for prepping salads in the sunshine. A vine-draped pergola shades the dining patio and a high stone wall makes 'Phoebe' a private little haven. There's a gated parking area which doubles as a secure play area.
