"I have visited Puri with my family members and booked 3 rooms 2 Super Deluxe with balcony and one deluxe room without balcony. When I booked hotel through Make My Trip lots of amenities was showing on app but when I checked in the hotel several amenities were not available. One more thing I want to share about this hotel, actually I have requested to hotel for late check out through app, mail and over phone only for 2 hours but at the day of check out they have denied my request even I have requested repeatedly to manager and Receptionist but they have rejected my request whereas many rooms were vacant. At last I have paid full amount for one room only for keeping the luggage for two hours only. I was very disappointed at that time. Hotel’s location was so good very near of Temple."

However the restaurant food was good but not worth the price. The food was costly and some dishes had exorbitant price, not worth the taste. It is situated near to Puri railway station but there are no nearby markets for medicines like Swargdwar."
