Amazing trip!! We had the best butler in our preferred club villa (Diego) — he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing! We were preferred club members and had a walk out pool (which was amazing!) and also spent a lot of time at the gorgeous spa. All around best vacation I’ve had in a long time.

Marianne food connoisseur is amazing. She made us feel so welcome whenever she saw us. She always recognized us as soon as we walked in. she made us feel like family. She goes out of her way to talk to the guests and treats them all with respect and love

This was our first time staying at secret Tide Punta Cana. I was so glad to be a preferred member. We were able to do everything at this all inclusive resort without having to carry money. Literally, the drinks were endless. The food was endless. The service was endless. The people were very friendly. The environment was very relaxing. There were no children and no rowdy college students. The grounds were immaculate. We didn’t have to fight bugs at all. We were able to be on the beach at the pool and the court yard without swatting mosquitoes, flies, gnats, or sand fleas. I did not have to spray myself with Off at all. Our Butler was Diego DiCaprio. He was very attentive. He helped make sure that we had everything we needed. When we lost our shoes, he literally hunted them down and had them returned to our room. He also made a beautiful birthday celebration for my sister at no additional cost. My sister has 15 food allergies. Diego assigned her a personal food concierge, Ruberki. Ruberki literally worked with the chefs to ensure that my sister stayed healthy throughout the whole trip by meeting her at each meal location. This was one of the few times that she was able to truly enjoy her herself without being sick from eating an allergen that was accidentally added to her food. Our room was very comfortable. I appreciated that it had air conditioning that did not create condensation. We could sleep anytime of the day and block out sunlight by pulling the heavy drape across the windows. The pillows were super fluffy. The mattress was well padded. We slept as though we didn’t have a care in the world. Every service was 24 hours! They had chocolate, wine, water, juice, Potato chips, champagne, liquor in the room at all times. This was truly a vacation that we were able to chillax.

If it rains be aware that the grounds flood and there is standing water. The entire walk way is a high falls risk. Witnessed many slipping and one fall. The entire resort is open to the outside. Awnings are needed to shield the walk way. The resort states that there is a medical doctor on site 24/7 and there was not. Was informed of the fees over and over instead of the MD showing up. The fee was not expensive and could have been paid. MD was dismissive and seemed to not want to come to the resort for what could have been a medical emergency. Food was great. Grounds is beautiful when sunny. It is a new resort but many changes need to be made. Primarily structural improvements. I foresee many lawsuits

Had a great time at the Secrets Tides in Punta Cana DR. The food and the facilities were awesome. We were there celebrating my wife's birthday. We upgraded to the preferred club were we meet our butler Diego Gonzalez Diego was the most professional, attentive and intelligent person l've ever met at a resort. I personally witnessed him speaking various languages putting his assigned guest at easy and making them feel comfortable. He personally handle my request for my wife's birthday making it a grand event with a sash and crown. He also preceded to decorate the room with rose petals, balloons and a cake. My wife was blown away. Top notch customer service. I will be back and he will be my butler again. Awesome person and resort.

One of the nicest Secrets resorts that I’ve been to! All of the restaurants food was superb as was the service . I love the layout of the pools 2 pools have swim up bars and the other is a quieter pool There is a fourth pool in the Preferred section which we did not use. Beach is fantastic a lot of palapas for shade and the ocean water is great at this location. Kudos to Mercedes the concierge who like us was originally from New York the whole concierge staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate my needs or requests. I definitely look forward to returning to Secrets Tides again soon!

My husband and I were in desperate need of a break together to rest, connect and have ZERO worries. Tides Punta Cana delivered. It was very quiet and chill and exactly what we needed. If you're looking to party, this is NOT the place. The rooms, the beach and the facilities were top notch. But what makes a place is the PEOPLE, and the staff at Tides were simply wonderful. Kind, cheerful and dedicated to providing amazing service. Shout out to Jocelyn in the preferred club, Jorddy at the Reef Club, and Francisco at the preferred pool bar. They were SO GREAT. Thanks for making our week so special and for helping to recharge our batteries.

I just returned from Secrets Tides in Punta Cana. For a brand new resort, I was very impressed how everything was open and running smoothly!! The staff was wonderful!! Our Butler Julio was fantastic. He kept us updated on what was happening at the resort. If we needed anything, he replied so quickly!! We were VERY happy with his service!! The staff at the Preferred Club, Restaurants and bars, were excellent. The food quality was very good!! Loved the look of the resort!! It was overall a wonderful stay and I would recommend this resort to anyone!!
