Our condo is a beautifully appointed, fully furnished, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It is ideal for a couple or solo traveler staying for a weekend or a long term stay in Puerto Vallarta. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to a step out balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and custom designed with modern appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher), granite counter tops, and breakfast bar with seating for four. A washer/dryer is included in the unit. The kitchen and living room have an open floor plan with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors (with remote control shades) that open to a wraparound balcony with lounge furniture and seating for guests. Condo is on the second floor and overlooks Lazaro Cardenas park. Living room has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and individual A/C unit. Condo is located at The Park building, a boutique residential building with modern amenities in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's "Romantic Zone". The building is one block from Los Muertos Beach and surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries, gay clubs and the famous "Malecon" (PV's oceanfront boardwalk). It is across the street from the beachfront Lazaro Cardenas public park. The building has 24/7 security, a staffed front desk, a fitness center and rooftop terrace (7th floor) with amazing ocean, city and mountain views. The terrace has an infinity edge saltwater swimming pool, lounge furniture, outdoor gas grill, restrooms and a small kitchenette. Rental includes utilities (WiFi, water, cable, building HOA, electricity*) and convenient amenities including, in-room safe box, hangers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Bathroom/pool towels, linens are supplied as well as a welcome supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towels and cleaning supplies. Rentals for 7+ days include once a week housekeeping service. We will be happy to stock the refrigerator with your favorite snacks, food, and drinks prior to your arrival. Items can be paid in cash when you arrive; an itemized receipt will be provided. An additional service charge of $25.00 USD will be added as a gratuity for the staff that runs the errand. We own several other condos in the same building and can accommodate groups of friends or family and offer discounts for renting multiple units.
