Beautiful hotel friendly staff central area of puerto del Carmen quiet at night will visit again next year hotel entertainment guy is very funny food excellent great choice. Plenty of places nearby to eat ou if desired. Easy access to beaches ⛱️

The hotel is in a very good position close to sea front. The rooms are good and as with the rest of the hotel the cleaning standard is high. We found all the staff very helpful and polite. The food was ok but unfortunately our all inclusive restaurant experience was not good. On many occasions we could not find a seat and when we did we had to clear away the previous guests dirty plates and then reset the table ourselves. We did not find most of the evening entertainment to our liking although in fairness 'Alex ' the entertainment person who was a very pleasant person put in a lot of effort.

Really couldn’t find any serious problems with this hotel. Room was well equipped, spacious and clean. Pool area was well kept and for 1st time ever actually saw the tiles been mopped not just washed down with a hose ! There was plenty of food, a wide choice and dining area was clean and food was nicely presented .

This was a lovely hotel, and would definitely recommend, we stayed for 5 nights all inclusive, the hotel was in a perfect location, few minutes to bars, shops, beach, yet so quiet at night, The rooms were great, we travelled as a family of 3 and we had spacious rooms in the apartment, bedroom, kitchenette, lounge, balcony, the bathroom good although door a bit transparent when light on! We had sea view so did have to travel up a lot of steps to room, was a bit daunting with a 18kg suitcase but managed The staff were lovely, the reception was really helpful lots of information, and as I’m Gluten Free, advised on food in dining room and what was available etc. The food was what you would expect of all inclusive but perfectly fine, at breakfast they had a GF breaded section with separate toaster, only issue was I would of preferred more allergy information on the dishes, I was told I could eat certain things, but the poor staff found it a little difficult to understand me so would help if it was signed and I wouldn’t need to keep bothering them as they were really busy. The pool staff were great, although pool very cold. In all great place, we went out most days but always returned in a coffee at the pool bar ☺️ can’t fault this hotel during our stay 5 out of 5.

This was my first time at this hotel, on arrival I was welcomed by a very pleasant and helpful receptionist and given a map to my room, it did take some hunting around but eventually, I figured it out, on entering the room was clean with an amazing sea view and the balcony was a sun trap, breakfast was great and plenty of choice eggs were made fresh as was the pancakes, both lunch and evening meals were equally delicious, towels were out early each morning booking sunbeds didn't worry me as I had a prim location on my balcony oh did I mentioned it was a sun trap also the pool bar allowed you to take drinks up to your room , evening entertainment was a bit hit or miss however the hotel's location was ideal as it's only a 5 min walk to all the bars restaurants they Purto Del Carmin had to offer So the big question is would I recommend and would I return to this hotel? Yes it is the best hotel, book with confidence

One word Alex, he makes this hotel. Stayed 20th Dec to 27th all staff are lovely but Alex the entertainer is amazing. Good location very central one street back from seafront and the lovely beach. Food was very acceptable but I have to say the Christmas day gala dinner surpassed all my expectations. The whole day was perfect felt very festive.we had bbq lunch by the pool with a guitar player and fun with Alex and then evening was the gala, beautifully presented just perfect. Drinks were fine and there were hotdogs burgers pastries at the pool bar until 6pm if you could fit anymore food in !! All in all a great stay with my family and would return.
