'좋은 위치, 좋은 아침 식사 콤보, 도시의 모든 곳과 가까움, 친절한 직원과 유지 관리 팀, 객실은 깨끗하고 주방에는 4~5명이 먹을 수 있는 모든 종류의 식사를 만드는 데 필요한 모든 것이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 냉장고는 가족용입니다. 엘리베이터는 빠르고 잘 유지 관리됩니다. 저는 엘리베이터가 오르내리는 데 영원히 걸리는 호텔에 있었고, 대기 시간은 대부분 아침 식사 러시아워에 짜증이 났습니다. 알려드리자면, 아침 식사는 무료입니다. 주차는 무료가 아니지만 구내에서 발렛 서비스를 제공합니다. 프로비던스로 여행하신다면 이 호텔을 추천하겠습니다. 우리는 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다!'

'This “boutique” hotel was NOT inexpensive. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the building itself lacked everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was so dark it was impossible to read.
There was no room for two people to place toiletries in the bathroom. There was no closet or dresser, so if one is staying for more than one night it would be difficult to store clothing. There were exactly two hooks on the wall and four hangers!
Worst of all….. the mattress was so uncomfortably soft that my husband slept sitting up on a hard chair.
Perhaps some would find this hotel charming, ……not us.'

'A very well appointed hotel conveniently located in the historic downtown adjacent to RISD and an easy, if uphill walk, to Brown, with a number of decent restaurants nearby. The furnishings, bathroom, and linens were all of high quality. Despite other reviews I found the staff to be rather limited in their engagement versus the friendliness praised elsewhere, but nothing off-putting. The restaurant Bellini tries to punch a bit above its weight though for Providence it’s decent. Overall by far the best hotel in Providence but still a stretch from true five star luxury or a genuine upscale business hotel like Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental.'

'동생의 졸업식에 참석하기 위해 이곳에서 2박을 묵었습니다. 쇼핑몰과 케네디 플라자 바로 건너편에 매우 편리하게 위치해 있어 시내를 돌아다니기가 매우 쉬웠습니다. 이 호텔은 풍부한 역사를 갖고 있으며 개조 공사가 정말 잘 이루어졌습니다. 사람들이 행사가 많은 행사를 위해 머무르는 것을 적극 권장합니다. 직원들은 친절했지만 너무 느리고 직원 수가 부족했습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃을 오래 기다려야 하므로 미리 계획하세요. 나중에 프로비던스를 방문한다면 꼭 다시 이곳에 묵고 싶습니다.'

'호텔은 환경이 좋고 도심에 위치하여 미국에서 식사하기가 매우 편리합니다. 아침 식사는 매우 좋지만 중국인 배에는 적합하지 않습니다. 간단한 식사도 가능하고, 뜨거운 물을 끓일 수 있는 커피머신도 있어서 차를 좋아하는 저에게는 좋은 것 같아요. 하지만 제 딸은 영어를 할 수 있어서 이미 예약을 해두었어요. 딸이 여기에 없을 때 프론트 데스크에서 신용 카드로 보증금을 지불하라고 요청하여 의사 소통이 어려웠습니다.'

From May 1, 2026-August 1, 2026, Providence's Waterplace Park Pavillion will transform into PUMA's House of Portugal to celebrate Rhode Island's Summer of Soccer to coincide with the FIFA 2026 World Cup with games locally at Gillette Stadium. The House of Portugal will serve as a centerpiece attraction for international soccer fans visiting the area. Expect attractions to include immersive cultural and brand activations, live match viewing experiences, retail and merchandise offerings. The Penthouse is withing walking distance to the Pavillion and serves as an ideal base to experience this historic celebration in Providence for the FIFA World Cup 2026 and is located approximately 25 minutes south from Gillette Stadium where match play is taking place. The Penthouse is within walking distance to the RI Convention Center where game-day round trip bus tickets are available to ticket holders for $95.

"A hidden gem. We were pleasantly surprised by this property. The place is spacious, clean, and attention to detail. The bathroom is fully stocked and even had feminine products, bandaids, and Advil packets. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. There is a wide variety of coffee and tea. The bedrooms were the perfect size with a luggage rack (which my parents greatly appreciated). The beds were cozy. The location is great with restaurants right there and just a mile from Brown University. Directions upon arrival were clear and specific. Lastly, the charcuterie board we ordered was delicious! We are so glad we added that to our stay."

Short walking distance to Brown University, RISD, and tons of cute shops and restaurants.
Features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 4 beds (3 queens, 1 twin) which can sleep up to 7 guests.

Prime location!
First level 1500 sq/ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath condo/apt in downtown Providence. Experience the city and enjoy the beauty of this historic street. We are located directly on Broadway and just steps away from all the city has to offer. Walk to fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, Atwells Ave (Federal Hill) Amica Mutual Pavilion (AMP), PPAC, water fire, train station and so much more! Conveniently, there are two great restaurants right across the street as well as a convenience store.
Dedicated off street parking, for two vehicles. Additional free street parking as well. We are located in a high traffic area with street noise so please be keep that in mind.
