Fantastic place especially for children enterntainment and not only !!! The kids club and especially the staff is very friendly and absolutely i was going again !!!

The hotel is absolutely stunning. The team is very helpful and so hospitable in the restaurant , bar and animations. The food is great and delicious. Elie, Gretą,Dylan , Holly, Kostas and Anastasiia are amazing. So hospitable. I m working in hotel industry as well and would like to have such people in my hotel. Good job!

The entertainment team are amazing! They made my holiday even more enjoyable and fun! Their activities are great during the day as there is always something for everyone. The evening entertainment was amazing too! Their shows were fantastic and upbeat to the point if you love all things performing you would just want to join in with them! They are all so very talented and are absolutely smashing it! Keep being amazing! ❤️❤️❤️

First time ever in Cyprus. This hotel is the reason we will return. Location was perfect- right at the beach, we didn't want Aiya Napa or even in middle of Protaras, somewhere just on outskirts. Louis Althea is ideal. The bus service at top of the road is soooo easy and cheap to use. Absolutely outstanding service. Its always the little touches that makes a holiday. On arrival late evening, warm friendly greeting, escorted to our room. It was 439. I think his name was Mohammed, fabulous first impression. Into the room, fresh bottled chilled water, salads, wine, fresh fruit. I always call out bad service when I experience it . Honestly - this hotel needs to give some type of reward to the following; apologies if the spelling is wrong; Eleni - reception an excellent ambassador for the hotel, thank you so much for letting my ill daughter stay in the room. Nina - breakfast/lunch staff, professional friendly, always smiling and efficient. Marina - Pool bar soooo busy and was always smiling too, really great advice about the Turtles thank you!! Narinder- one of the chefs, I asked for Hoi Sin sauce for the Crispy Duck night, within a few minutes ta da it was there!! I think he made it from scratch as it wasnt out with every other sauce there you could think of .And also delicious omelette by him in the morning. FOOD - an amazing array of all types for breakfast lunch and dinner. There is definitely something for everyone tastes. European, Mediterranean, Asian, American The daily selection was topped up by very busy, diligent staff who kept the whole dining area spotless. Having been all inclusive before the dining area can get messy by ignorant holiday makers - the staff here are simply amazing at their jobs. The food is fresh and plentiful. POOL - Absolutely no issue here at all, again very clean, lifeguard on duty, plenty of beds, no fighting like other places and the hotel provides huge towels also. Padded loungers are a great touch. Entertainment - my daughter didn't go to any of the kids clubs activities. However from what I could see they were very busy and popular with others, kept kids busy each day with a lot to do. And also kept adults happy too!! In that heat fair play to you all!! CLEAN - the hotel is spotless, the reception, dining areas, the toilets, our rooms, pool areas, corridors, walkways. The staff deserve huge recognition for keeping it that way. If I could give it more stars I would. Me and my family absolutely loved every minute of our stay here there is no cause for complaints, everything and I mean everything was perfect. A fantastic hotel that we can warmly recommend to anyone looking for a smaller, charming family hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. The food was surprisingly good – some of the best we’ve had on a charter holiday, despite the buffet area being small. The selection didn’t disappoint, and everything was very tasty. (We had half-board.) We had booked a two-room apartment with a large balcony and a fantastic sea view. The balcony, accessible from the bedroom, had plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy lunch and play cards. As we had read beforehand, the hotel and apartments are a bit worn out, but clean and fully functional. The small bay below was cozy and great for snorkeling. We also appreciated the grassy area between the beach and pool, with sun loungers available. However, there could have been more parasols – competition for shaded spots under parasols and palm trees was noticeable. We can definitely imagine coming back again.

We had a fantastic week in Cyprus. When we got to the hotel we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a luxury villa at the sister hotel just nearby. Really beautiful villa located by the sea, with a nice private pool. Louis Althea Beach Hotel itself was really nice. The all inclusive (food and beverage) was very good with a lot of options. The pool area was good and they had many fun activities during the day for both kids and grownups. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The beach next to the hotel wasn’t big but enough for snorkling and looking at some beautiful fishes. Just a few minutes walk you could find a bigger beach or you could walk further along the beach promenade, for example all the way and past Fig tree bay (30-40 min).
