Beautifully appointed one bedroom condo located in one of the most desirable complexes in Mammoth Lakes.Walking distance to the lifts at Canyon Lodge will get you on the Mountain in minutes! And after a long day you are back at home just as easily, without having to deal with traffic, parking etc. Park your car for your entire stay if you like, there is a Gondola and a trolley to the Village, or if you’d prefer to drive it's about 2 minutes or a 10 minute walk. PLEASE NOTE: Canyon Lodge is going to operate through 4/14/2018 and then reopen again in mid December.The Condo:Quaint, clean and cosy, with modern facilities designed to make every aspect of your trip easy and convenient. Sleeps four people: 2 in a King size bed in the bedroom and two in a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare delicious home cooked meals. Appliances include: dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Living Room boasts brick wood burning fireplace, comfortable furniture. Digital 55" smart TV with cable and Netflixin the living room, digital 47" smart TV with Netflix in the bedroom. Wi fi is also provided.Bathroom fully equipped.Dining room seats four, plus two more at the kitchen counter.Balcony looking in to the woods.We are a kid friendly condo, tons of board games to play. Plus there is a fantastic Rec room (see below)Sorry, no pets.Free parking passes for one vehicle. Chamonix:Recreation building on site includes pool, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, ping pong, foosball and pool tables, big flat screen TV, tons of seating full kitchen and 2 BBQs. Near Biking & Walking Trails This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, condo is perfectly located, just walking distance to Canyon Lodge and about a mile from the Village. The unit features a modern mountain touch with a cozy gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV in the living room with plenty of seating to relax after a long day on the hill. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you will need. The home comes with free WiFi and a private washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a King bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combo. The second bedroom is great for kids or a second family with a Queen bed and a bunk bed with two Twins. The second full bathroom is located just outside the bedroom and features a standup shower. The living room has a pull out sofabed for additional overnight guests. Silver Bear is in a great location and provides convenience and security with the heated underground garage, and elevator for easy access (accesible access too). In Winter, it’s an easy 5 min walk up Lakeview Blvd to Canyon Lodge for chairlift access to the slopes or the free Gondola to Mammoth Village and all its shops, bars and restaurants. Canyon Lodge also has a full-service sports shop and retail plus dining and après ski. The bus stop for the Blue Line shuttle and year-round night trolley is very close by which can take you to the slopes or town. The shuttle and Village Gondola run from mid-December to mid-April when Canyon Lodge is open. In Summer, the Lakes area for water sports, biking and hiking are only minutes driving as is the Sierra Star golf course and downtown Mammoth. The Silver Bear common area has an recreation room to enjoy with a lounge with a Foosball table, fireplace and reading area, as well as showers. There is a year round sauna, covered Jacuzzi, outdoor Jacuzzi, communal gas BBQ grill area and in Summer a small plunge pool and fire pit. Enjoy a heated underground parking garage for 1 car (garage clearance is 7' 2") with interior hallways and accessible elevator access to your unit on the 2nd floor. The Summit complex offers terrific amenities like an outdoor pool as well as 6 jacuzzis, 4 saunas and 3 BBQ areas spread throughout the complex, fitness center, and tennis courts. Underground covered garage parking avoids any shoveling on those snowy days. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 4 people and comes with one assigned garage parking space. Redesigned upstairs to create a very spacious layout with a big open kitchen, dining room, main living room, master bedroom with private bath all upstairs! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking family gatherings, and dining room seating for 8. And then below, additional redesigning was done to allow for a roomier entry way, larger bedroom, and unique double bathroom with separate vanity area configuration. Custom barn door where the laundry is and energy efficient new windows throughout. Southwest facing corner unit with mountaintop views. The master bedroom features a King bed, flatscreen TV and private en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms downstairs come with a Full bed in both the second and third bedrooms, with a euro-style bunk bed in the fourth bedroom (Twin on the top and a Double on the bottom) with an additional Twin bed. There are two full bathrooms downstairs with the additional separate vanity area. This home is well stocked, with a travel children's pack n play and high chair provided to make travelling with littles that much easier. Tucked away in the quiet corner of the complex and away from any main roads, but still just a one-minute walk to the red line free shuttle taking you to the Village, Main Lodge and runs to Snowcreek Athletic Club. A spa, sauna, and laundry facilities round out this mountainside, restful location. Great location with easy access to Mammoth Creek Park and the Town's main shopping district off Old Mammoth Road. Less than a five-minute walk to the bowling alley and trail system. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.
