Once you enter the property you are surrounded by tropical gardens leading you to the large 2 story house. The main level holds the large master suite with private bathroom, a large sitting area with smart TV, fully stocked kitchen, and guest bathroom. Upstairs you will find another full bedroom suite with private bath and balcony, another sitting area, office, and queen size bed. French doors off the living room invite you to the large outdoor covered patio with wet bar and gas grill. You can relax and enjoy the tropical gardens surrounding the private heated pool and sun deck.You are located in the Corpus Christi neighborhood in the town of San Miguel, so can walk a few minutes to the water front and all the establishments in town.
