Casa il Poggetto is of high quality and very tastefully renovated, is located on the edge of the medieval village of Vellano, between Lucca and Pistoia.The house is free on three sides and has a large fenced terraced garden with several terraces. The view of the valley is breathtaking, with several medieval locations including the 10 Castella from the Svizzera Pesciatina.Casa il Poggetto offers space for 6 guests on 2 floors. In the lower part there is the open living area with fireplace, dining area and kitchen. Here is also the small laundry room with washer and dryer. The double bedroom with two single beds and a guest toilet is on the mezzanine with a direct exit to the outside terrace.
