This part of the Cheat River is a gentle section of the river, safe enough for beginning paddlers with kayaks, canoes, paddle boards or rafts, which winds through some of the most beautiful country in W.Va. The house has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a modern open floor plan combining kitchen and living room. River Watch also has decks around the entire house with a privacy deck below to watch the river and wildlife, there is also an outside shower. It also has a full basement garage, with washer, dryer and beverage fridge. There is approx. 1 acre of yard and 150' of river frontage. There is also a takeout for paddlers right in front of the house.
