It's good value for money including breakfast which was typically continental. During the week nice and quiet but a bit more lively at the weekend. I would definitely stay there again."

"PRO: Clean, fairly close to the ski slope on foot. The hot tub and heated pool in the evening while it’s snowing are exceptional, but crowded. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The Noir restaurant is also very good, but rather expensive. Electric car charging station available. CON: The room is a bit small for a family with one child. Too warm in the room. Uncomfortable mattress. There is a rather strange smell that others have also complained about. The parking area is too small. Some of the staff could be more friendly. It attracts a particular type of tourists, the kind I prefer to avoid"

"We arrived Predeal Hotel Belvedere today at 12.00 o clock. 4 hours we waited for check in and while we were waiting we frozen at lobi because air condition was cold also outside was too cold and snowy. When we told the reseption they didnt care about our problem also front office girl personel was very rude. We were waiting with our 4 years kid . She told me I will tell problem technician personel but she didnt do anything. When i asked for hot drinks she said you can go restaurant. When I go restaurant thet told me that here is closed until 1 pm. After restaurant opened i asked for hot drinks before hot chocolate i said that i waited entrance i feel terrible he said we dont have i can give you wine he was laughing very rude and unrespect behaviours...Thats why we ate our launch outside and 16.00 we arrived hotel again. When we went to our room, it was furniteres everything was very old, only 2 shower cream, no shampoo, no toothbrush, no hairmachine, not enough pillows, not enough towels...Eveything was terrible.They never answered the room phone. We went downstairs and asked hair machine, first hairmachine was broken, 2. One was working after 2. Going. We needed extra pillows for our son but we waited 2 hours after then we went downstairs and they told we dont have pillow too. There wasnt a kettle in the rooms. Mountain hotel and they dont have hot chocolate, they dont give kettles, and waiters offers you wine when you ask for hot drinks! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE UNTIL THIS TIME. Tomorrow i dont wait for nice breakfast.If i had a chance i would leave directly hotel but I paid before and I am so unhappy. Thank u Belvedere for awful holiday"

"리셉션과 레스토랑의 직원들은 매우 친절합니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭하지만 더 많은 변형이 높이 평가됩니다. 우리가 가진 방은 좋았지 만 더 좋을 수 있습니다. 서비스도 좋았고 하우스키핑도 좋았습니다. 수영장은 좋지만 염소가 너무 많습니다. 볼링은 매우 좋지만 30 분당 10 유로의 타리프와 함께 트랙에서 보낸 시간을 지불해야하기 때문에 가격은 매우 이상합니다. 언제나처럼 특히 이러한 유형의 리조트의 경우 주차가 문제입니다. 호텔에는 주차장이 있지만 이용 가능한 장소는 없습니다."
