It is located just a few blocks from the beach and is in perfect walking distance to shops on Ave G, restaurants, and golf cart rentals. 3 bedrooms are located upstairs and the 4th bedroom with a bunk bed is located on the first floor. There are so many things to enjoy including a screened-in porch and a private side courtyard and the shared pool in the complex. Upon entering the private entrance of the bottom floor, you already feel that you are at the beach with the open, light and airy entertaining area with coastal chic décor throughout the home. The large kitchen has quartz countertops, beautiful backsplash, electric stove/range, duo coffee maker- it can make either a carafe or use a pod. New appliances, pantry, wine cooler , butcher block island and ample space to test out your culinary skills for family and friends. You can visit with those sitting at the bar (seating for 4) and the large dining table with seating for 8 with 5 chairs and a bench. The living room has a large L shaped couch made for relaxing, TV, cable and Wi-Fi. The bottom floor has access to both the side courtyard with a grill and to the back screened-in porch, both with ample outdoor seating for all. There are two outdoor showers, one near the garage and the other inside the courtyard for privacy. The first bedroom (BR1) is located off of the living area, with access through a pass-through bathroom. It has a Twin over Twin bunk bed with Twin pull out trundle, bean bags, wall mounted TV and a private door to the screened-in porch. The bean bags can be brought into the living room for the kids to watch movies or play. The full bath is shared with the downstairs and has a stand-alone shower and single vanity.
