"코모 호수 바로 근처 루가노 호숫가에 위치한 ARIA Retreat & Spa에서 정말 환상적인 시간을 보냈습니다! 기대 이상의 만족을 선사하는 곳이었어요. 도착 전부터 직원분들이 소통과 계획 수립에 있어 놀라울 정도로 친절하게 도와주셨습니다. 공항 교통편까지 미리 예약해 주셔서 긴 여정을 전혀 스트레스 없이 보낼 수 있었어요. 일찍 도착했는데 미리 체크인 요청을 적어두셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 도착하자마자 따뜻하게 맞아주셨고, 객실로 올라가기 전 아름다운 호수 전망을 감상하며 바에서 간단히 식사를 할 수 있도록 모든 일정을 완벽하게 조율해 주셨어요. 객실에 들어서자마자 멋진 진 테이스팅 세트가 준비되어 있었습니다. 정말 세심한 배려였어요! 숙박 기간 내내 모든 것이 편안했습니다. 프런트 데스크에 전화하거나 잠깐 들르면 모든 것을 알아서 처리해 주셨어요. 운전기사 예약부터 맛집 추천, 스파 예약까지, 모든 것이 완벽했습니다. 심지어 코모 호수 당일 여행 일정까지 꼼꼼하게 짜주시고 자세히 설명해 주셨어요. 매일 아침 객실에서 즐기는 조식은 정말 최고였고, 숙박의 하이라이트였습니다! 모든 음식이 정말 맛있었고, 메뉴에 없는 음식도 기꺼이 만들어 주셨어요. 좀 더 편안하고 한적한 분위기를 원한다면 이곳 위치가 최고입니다. 보트를 타거나 걸어서 포를레차(Porlezza)에 쉽게 갈 수 있고, 코모 호수 중심가처럼 붐비지 않아서 수상 액티비티도 편하게 즐길 수 있어요. 덕분에 관광과 진정한 휴식을 동시에 만끽할 수 있었습니다. 특히 직원분들 덕분에 더욱 특별한 경험을 할 수 있었어요. 모두 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주셨고, 도움을 주려고 노력하는 모습도 정말 좋았습니다. 분위기를 잘 파악하는 능력도 뛰어났어요. 대화를 원할 때는 적극적으로 응대해 주셨고, 항상 저희의 공간을 존중해 주셨습니다. 마테오, 로라, 마르티나, 그리고 멋진 수상 스포츠 팀 덕분에 잊지 못할 추억을 만들 수 있었습니다. 꼭 다시 오고 싶어요!"

"The hotel is a bit old. What we couldn't quite figure out beforehand was that it is the same complex as the Parco San Marco. The rooms are not quite as nice as those in the Parco San Marco. Although the price is lower than in the Parco San Marco, the price should still be cheaper for the age. Nevertheless, the rooms were clean and were cleaned every day. Only the stairwell was not quite as clean. Unfortunately, the WiFi didn't work at all in our room. (This should really be standard by now) The service is top-notch and the staff are super friendly. The hotel complex, including the beach on the lake, is great. The restaurants are delicious with upscale cuisine. But they are also expensive. We preferred to rent bikes and ride to the nearest town (Porlezza) for dinner. Breakfast is great."
