우리는 이 호텔에서 일주일만에 집으로 돌아와서 매우 편안하게 느꼈습니다. 리셉션에서 레스토랑 직원에 이르기까지 모든 지역의 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 우리 방은 깨끗하고 넓으며 Lugano 호수의 아름다운 전망을 가지고 있었습니다. 우리는 성인 전용 스파를 사용하기 위해 비용을 지불하지 않았지만 가족 스파와 사우나를 사용했습니다. 우리는 더 조용했기 때문에 가기 가장 좋은 시간은 오후 6시 이후에라는 것을 알았습니다. 스파에는 사우나, 한증막 및 16세 미만의 어린이가 허용되지 않는 휴식 공간이 있습니다. 가열되지 않은 2개의 야외 수영장이 있으며 전용 해변 공간도 있습니다. 우리는 하프 보드에 있었고 아침 식사는 선택의 폭이 너무 넓습니다. 저녁 메뉴는 매일 저녁 바뀌었고 음료 비용을 지불해야 했습니다. 구내에 주차장이 있지만 유료입니다. 직원들은 방문할 장소에 대해 잘 알고 있습니다.

우리는 이 호텔에서 일주일만에 집으로 돌아와서 매우 편안하게 느꼈습니다. 리셉션에서 레스토랑 직원에 이르기까지 모든 지역의 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 우리 방은 깨끗하고 넓으며 Lugano 호수의 아름다운 전망을 가지고 있었습니다. 우리는 성인 전용 스파를 사용하기 위해 비용을 지불하지 않았지만 가족 스파와 사우나를 사용했습니다. 우리는 더 조용했기 때문에 가기 가장 좋은 시간은 오후 6시 이후에라는 것을 알았습니다. 스파에는 사우나, 한증막 및 16세 미만의 어린이가 허용되지 않는 휴식 공간이 있습니다. 가열되지 않은 2개의 야외 수영장이 있으며 전용 해변 공간도 있습니다. 우리는 하프 보드에 있었고 아침 식사는 선택의 폭이 너무 넓습니다. 저녁 메뉴는 매일 저녁 바뀌었고 음료 비용을 지불해야 했습니다. 구내에 주차장이 있지만 유료입니다. 직원들은 방문할 장소에 대해 잘 알고 있습니다.
