Large picture windows are a key feature of the house, along with the many covered decks. • The great room has a large wood burner, air-conditioning and three ceiling fans, as well as opening windows to catch the breeze and cooler evening air.• The fully equipped cooks kitchen is set around an island bench with bar stools - perfect whether you're preparing breakfast or enjoying some local cheese and wine.The Environment• Nine Steps was built to be environmentally friendly with a 6 star energy rating. And there is always the reverse cycle aircon to heat up living area quickly and bar heaters are also supplied.The entire property is for your own use and is on a 1560 m2 block There is something to do for everyone in the beautiful High Country:- swimming in the river or in some of the nearby water holes (Sinclair near Punka airfield)- the area is a paradise for cyclists : we are only 200 m for the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail or the Mountain Bike park in Bright is only 9km away.
