"This hotel has the perfect location in Ponza! You have the ”piscine naturali” in a short walking distance, and also several rocks where you can rent sun chairs and umbrellas in also a short walking distance. You also have a lot of good restaurant within walking distance and the bus stops almost outside the hotel, and will take you to the port in just 10/15 minutes. The view from the hotel is amazing, rooms are clean and the staff are so nice and helpful! Also there’s a restaurant in the hotel which is really good. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"We returned to this hotel for the second time for a number of reasons: for the quiet place in relation to traffic and chaos of Ponza center, for the clean rooms with “real” sea view, For the excellent food at breakfast and dinner, served on a beautiful terrace and, above all, for the welcome of Marco and his family that made us feel like at home! The transparent “Cala Feola swimming pools” are 10' walks from a shortcut at the hotel's exit. Palmarola (to be seen absolutely) is just in front: comfortable to reach with daily tours or renting a rubber. If you want to go to Ponza, the hotel provides a navigation service guided by mythical Giorgio! (pay in night hours) P.S For those who leave the afternoon and want to take advantage of the sea day, there is a comfortable area in the garden of the hotel with showers and washrooms to cover before departure!"

"위치는 의심할 여지 없이 이 숙소의 가장 큰 장점입니다. 멋진 전망과 숨 막힐 듯한 경치를 자랑합니다. 하지만 아쉽게도 지불한 가격(3박에 거의 800유로)에 비해 전반적인 경험은 기대에 훨씬 못 미쳤습니다. 수영장은 꽤 작고 오후 4시 30분에서 45분 사이면 완전히 그늘이 집니다. 게다가 많은 투숙객들이 선베드를 차지하고 수건만 몇 시간 동안 방치해 두었는데, 직원들은 아무런 조치도 취하지 않았습니다. 하지만 가장 큰 문제는 객실과 숙소 관리 상태였습니다. 어느 날 저녁 7시쯤 물이 나오지 않아 제 파트너는 직원용 화장실에서 샤워를 해야 했습니다. 게다가 객실 화장실 변기에서는 물이 새고 있었고, 여기저기에서 오물이 쏟아져 있었습니다. 직원들이 취한 조치는 고작 바닥에 수건을 깔아 물을 흡수하게 하는 것뿐이었는데, 이 정도 수준의 숙소에서는 용납할 수 없는 조치라고 생각합니다. 고객 서비스 또한 부족했습니다. 미니바에 있던 물 두 병을 다 마셨는데, 숙박 기간 동안 한 번도 채워주지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 객실은 낡아 보였고, 건물 전체에 대대적인 보수가 필요해 보였으며, 조식은 특별히 뛰어난 점이 없는 평범한 수준이었습니다. 위치는 잠재력이 매우 큰데, 현재로서는 가격 대비 가치가 너무 떨어진다고 생각합니다."

"Hotel Ortensia has a special gift - the minute you walk in you are greeted with the warmth of the owners Daniele and Giovanna! Their staff is impeccable! The rooms are gorgeous with vibrant colors and many have water views. The hotel is immaculate and the staff never stops making you happy. Before your day on the beautiful island begins you awaken to a breathtaking breakfast filled with specialties made on the premises and your morning coffee any way you like it. No demand is ever denied! The hotel lobby is extremely relaxing and how lucky we were to have a professional piano player serenade us on the piano that sits in the lobby! Hotel Ortensia has a passion to please and I would recommend this hotel to all. I assure you that you won’t want to stay anywhere else. Ciao for now! Anna Sandolo"
