Me encantó todo. Las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. La atención del personal de recepción excelente. El café riquísimo y la atención de las chicas del restaurante excelente. Las camareras de piso excelente. Nada que decir. Lo recomiendo 💯% Volveré

Very nice hotel compared with by default I have just left . The Temple. Very well spoken staff. Quite unusual as I’ve never experienced a hotel without a bar ,although they had a Cafe/bar which was pleasing and simple and a buffet restaurant. Plus underground parking. Rooms very clean very bright. And….. a big and! Everything in the room worked instant hot water. Which I haven’t been used too in another hotel across the road. Food delicious well done for making me feel welcome in an adverse situation. At short notice too,having been stranded in Ponferrada for over a week trying unsuccessfully to repair my motorcycle. Just a point which came to my attention. Corridors very noisy at night. The floors are tiled and sound echoes, Perhaps if the hotel reads this , a one metre wide carpet straight down the middle. Would make a massive difference.

호텔은 간단합니다. 트리플 룸은 매우 좋은 크기였으며 조용하고 깨끗했습니다. 위치는 완벽하며 성과 폰 페라 다의 역사적인 중심지에서 두 걸음 떨어져 있습니다. 호텔 직원은 매우 친절했습니다. 우리는 주차장을 예약하고 새로운 손님이 들어 왔을 때 오후 15 시까 지 차고에 차를 내릴 수있었습니다. 아무것도 걱정하지 않고도 조용히 시내를 볼 수 있었기 때문에 매우 편안했습니다.

Está bien ubicado , en la A6. Es como un todo en uno, tiene parking gratuito, tienda, cafetería, gasolinera y todo 24h Para entrar al hotel tienes que pasar por la sala de cafetería dónde está la gente sentada. Me pareció un poco brusco o de poca intimidad el tener que pasar con las maletas sorteando las mesas. teníamos una habitación triple en la cual solamente había dos toallas de mano, dos de lavabo y amenities para dos. La habitación olía un poco en cuanto al baño se refiere, como a tubería, pero algo soportable. La ducha si es un poco caos, está el plato y después otra superficie de azulejo que resbala muchísimo. Los azulejos del baño en la parte de la ducha, hacía tiempo que no se limpiaban, había como esa especie de pasta anaranjada que se forma entre las juntas de la humedad y del agua

Comimos en el restaurante del hotel. Muy cómodo, ya que está al lado del parking público y el hotel tambien. Es super bonito y elegante, con varios salones y terrazas. Me encanta la terraza exterior sobre el jardín con vistas panorámicas de colinas y valles. Buen servicio, aunque nuestro camarero iba un poco despistado, pero majisimo. El caldo berciano es excelente. Esta rico tambien el lacón con pimientos. Excelente la trucha y las costillas. Maravilloso pastel de limon y la tarta de la casa
