"I don't understand how this can be the best-rated hotel in Pomorie according to tripadvisor, I'm not saying he was bad, but I don't think he deserves four stars. The furniture looked like it wasn't nailed down and the drawers were crooked. The elevator was very slow and sometimes it didn't work normally, so we had to use a card and once I got stuck with the elevator open on the fourth floor"

Staff working very hard, super clean all area. Reception in Spa area very professional, friendly.Spa is brilliant with good treatment facility. Mad treatment, lugotreatment , massage by Niccky, Yury, Bogdana are very good. But no yoga, no stretchy, no music at all as the promised in description.Please update service. Please give advice to Reception staff be more friendly, give more information. Ivan is the Best, he must teach them. But Hotel very boring, no music, no life at all Please improve and update"

"It was a huge disappointment. Overpriced, the quality is not up to par. Parking space has to be paid for separately. Lounge chairs have to be paid for separately. No internet in the room. "We were this hotel one night with my husband and child and I have to say it was the worst hotel I have ever been! Hotel staff was very unfriendly and you have to pay extra if you want to use beach infront of the hotel. Furthermore, after we went home we noticed that there was bedbucks in our clothes so the painfulnes of the trip didn't end to the hotel. Don't go this hotel!!!!"

"The hotel presents itself a s 5 star hotel. Maybe it was so once, not now. There is a good Spa and a good breakfast, however the maintenance of the room could be better, the breakfast is good with a big variety of food, fruits and even Vegan options, but not at the level of 5 star hotel. Strange thing is that the hotel locked some entrances leaving the only one, which demands a kind of detour. "

"It was exactly the kind of chill, stress-free escape we needed. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful — ideal for winding down before the busy months ahead. There was a great variety at every meal, with fresh, well-prepared options for both adults and kids. The all-inclusive drinks were also a nice touch, especially the cocktails by the pool. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. A special thanks goes to Aneliya from Guest Relations, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Festa Via Pontica offered the perfect blend of comfort, service, and relaxation — we’ll definitely be back!"

"We stayed in Penelope Palace, Pomorie for a week in mid June. First impressions were very positive. We were met at the taxi by a porter who took our luggage to reception and then to our room. We were pleasantly surprised that the room/apartment was so spacious. It was immaculately clean and tidy, as was the whole hotel. There was complimentary tea/ Coffee. Breakfast in the dining room was excellent. There was a choice of 8 different breakfasts. All served to us by very polite and helpful waiters/ waitresses. Daniel, in particular, went out of his way to make our wedding anniversary dinner special. The bar staff were also very attentive. I must give Teddy a special mention. The hotel itself was situated straight across the road from a beautiful white, sandy beach. Our only slightly negative point was that the hotel is located slightly out of the way, meaning that it was necessary to get a taxi or bus ( not expensive) to go to the town centre. All in all, we had a brilliant holiday. "
