"The service is terrible, they are rude and rude to you, right in the lobby, the rooms are very dirty, and most likely there is fungus in the rooms, because I had a severe allergy attack, and when I asked to change my room, they began to be rude to me and raise their voice. This hotel cannot be 5 star and be located in Europe!! Rating - 100 For the first time in my life I encountered such an attitude and I am in deep shock"

"Beside and front of hotel are open air restourants with live music playing till 12PM plus grill and smoke non stop. Carpets and furnitures in rooms very old. Reseption women a bit nerwous. I do not reccomend !"

The pools are well maintained, the food is delicious, and the whole staff is friendly and professional. We would especially like to thank  the Reception Manager. Always smiling, kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Made us feel at home from the very first day and was always ready to assist with any request. Special thanks also go to Adi, the Restaurant Manager. He is very professional, friendly, and always happy to give advice and make sure every guest is satisfied. His dedication and positive attitude are truly appreciated. We highly recommend Festa Via Pontica Hotel to everyone looking for a relaxing holiday with outstanding service. "This hotel is quite worthwhile near the beach. Parking is very difficult, there is only free parking at more than 100 metres. You can park next to the hotel for eu 7.50 per day. The room is very beautiful and clean, so it could be a great hotel if they had had other staff. At the reception they speak English, nowhere else. This is not the reason for the 2 stars, the reason is that they are terriblely unfriendly. You're like you're happy to sit in their 4 star hotel!"
