Welcome to Lézinadou, a quiet hamlet located 3 km from La Pointe de La Torche, a mecca for surfing in Brittany.This house can accommodate 14 people.It has just been renovated after 3 years of work with noble materials such as wood, stone, lime, hemp and cork.It is divided into 2 parts each comprising 3 or 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a laundry room and 2 toilets.6 bedrooms are equipped with double beds, including 3 bedrooms with 2 separable mattresses to make 2 single beds. A seventh bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds.There are 2 bathrooms with sink, shower and toilet.Each ground floor consists of a living room, a kitchen-living room, a laundry room and separate toilets.A large courtyard is located in front of the house and there is also a garden at the back.Please note that this accommodation is adjoining the house of our neighbors who live there permanently.The garage is accessible to store your sports equipment. It also has a washing machine and dryer.There are 3 parking spaces in the courtyard, 1 in the garden and 2 more in front of the entrance to the property.Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided. The stone house is located 200 m from a long sandy beach at Pointe de la Torche. It sits right in the middle of the dunes and access to the beach is via the dunes.A wild, unspoilt site, with a long sandy beach, footpaths and mountain bike trails.A calm environment, lulled by the sound of the waves.The Torche site is world-famous for its surfing.Many surfers, kite surfers, paddle surfers and windsurfers can be found here.In the surrounding area; the ports of Guilvinec and Loctudy, Pont Aven, the city of painters, Quimper and its cathedral; the Glénan islands; the Pointe du Raz, boat trips on the Odet and Glénan, Locronan, a beautiful village full of character; further afield the Océanopolis in Brest.On the ground floor: main room with open-plan kitchen, dining room, sofa, coffee table, fireplace, veranda overlooking the dune on the sea side with sofa and armchair.
